  2. I've been told that B+D has 4 options for type of sale:
    Sold before auction
    Sold after auction
    Sold at auction
    Private Sale.
    For our record keeping purposes it would be a massive help if off market sales could be recorded. Currently we have to measure this metric manually instead of running a report. Is this something that could be accommodated.
    While those are Sale Types, within that you can filter for Listing Type Off Market and run the report from there, however there are instances where the listing type would be Auction or EOI, or PS, and a property…

  3. We should be able to report on all sales activities at any given time.

    Currently the CRM cannot pull a report on past inspections.
    You can view them on the Inspections View tab but you cannot export to CSV.

    Adding an export to csv function on this view would be beneficial or adding a column for Past Inspections in the Sales Listing View that you can filter on.

  4. Now we have an "Authorised Offices" ACL, I would like to see this expanded out to the Dashboard permission settings please.

    Currently team members have the option to view only their own dashboard or the entire office group.

    I would like to be able to allow team members to view their own office/authorised offices, subject to their sharing permissions.

    This would help reduce initial load times for the dashboard and ensure teams can view relevant information while avoiding exposing sensitive GCI target/budget/performance widgets to people who do not need access to it.

  5. Currently the system calculates GCI as NCI because it automatically deducts GST. There is no option to report via the consultant dashboard or in sale details to INCLUDE the GST component in GCI calculations.

    The fact that the system uses 'GCI' (Gross Commission Income) and "GCI (Gross Commission Introduced) is misleading and annoying given that Gross Commission Income is a standard industry metric INCLUDING GST.

    In any case, Income or Introduction, neither of the figures are 'Gross' if they deduct GST.

  6. As an Admin user I want to be able to search and export the system logs per office To view and analyse the staff activity in a date range for a certain office. Currently, there is an ACL for “View the System Logs” in the UI.
    Adding the option “Export the System Logs” to the Global Permissions would be beneficial so users do not need to rely on BD Support Admin to export logs.

As a sales agent I want to see how many buyers received my Listing in an E-Alert send and the listing's clickthrough rate so that I can provide this feedback to my Vendors and use it as a selling point for prospective Vendors. It will also help me measure the effectiveness of this marketing channel at a listing level.

    At the moment there is visibility of:
    - total recipients for the night's send, total clicks etc
    - total clicks for each listing

    On the screen where clicks per listing are shown and on the Summary report where clicks per listing…

  8. Currently, a client can only view reports for Blast emails and E-Alerts.

    Can we please consider implementing a way for clients to see a report of emails sent to contacts?
    Ideally, the report would need to contain:

    Opens
    Not opened
    Unsubscribes
    Failed emails

    This is similar to the current Blast Reports.

  9. Issue:
    A user can export up to 500 records in the ‘advanced view’ screen, but not in the front end screen, unless access levels with the ability to export more than 500, is given to that role.

    Request:
    Client would like the ability to nominate the number of records an individual Access Level can export.

    Outcome:
    Staff can only export max amount data based on ACL for each role.
    Staff Open - 50 records
    Manager Open - 100 records

    Admin - 500 records
    Franchise admin - unlimited

    I would like to be able to
    Export the Pending Transactions to CSV

    Currently unable to export to CSV but can export Ledgers, Transfers, Receipts and Payments in the Trust section of Accounting

    Reason:
    For review by the Directors and our Finance Director
    Copying and pasting to Excel is not clean

  11. As an Admin user

    I would like to be able to have an Auto Alert for inspections added to the listing

    Business Case:

    Staff users currently add the inspection to the listing but do not have the ability to portal load the listing. Once they have loaded the inspections to the listings they need to send that information manually to an Admin for the Admin to load the listing to the portals.

    Having an Auto Alert that does this automatically would be beneficial to the staff users and Admins, as they would be alerted as soon as it happens

  12. When using the Whiteboard missed appraisals report, or using the Sales Appraisals tab to create a custom search report, it is not possible to include the appraisal cancellation date. Could this please be added?

A fundamental for tracking salespeople's KPIs is how many appraisals they have conducted for the month - regardless of whether they are still active or closed - I just want to know how many were done. It appears the many different pathways (Activity Report, Whiteboard, Management Reports) I have been advised to follow to get this information are inconsistent. It would great if I could go to each salesperson and have a list a basic KPIs - appraisals conducted, active appraisals, database growth, database contacts available and not have to look in 8 different places.

  17. I often send sms messages to my buyers after open home inspections. Currently, these SMS messages are showing as events on my vendor reports. That is to say, the vendors are seeing them which I prefer they do not. For me to hide the event on the reports I have to go into each contact that viewed the property and hide the message from the vendor. If you have 50 inspections on open homes this becomes way too time-consuming. I believe the solution and the default should be that SMS messages are automatically hidden from vendors unless the agent wants…

    Request to be able to search for files attached to a listing. Or run a report to identify if listing has files attached

  19. As an agency which does not use a media vendor application, we would like to be able to produce an advertising booking report so we can easily see what media advertising needs to be booked.
