  1. While we can now create a new custom template for Auto Responder emails, the subject line is hardcoded.

    It would be nice if we could edit this Subject line the same way we can with Blast to make it more personable.

  2. CURRENT PROBLEM

    In real estate, it's common for couples to attend inspections and be managed together through the sales process. The current system doesn't handle this well, and agents are forced to choose between two bad options:

    Option A — Single contact (e.g. "Jane and Bob Smith")
    The contact record is messily formatted and doesn't reflect two real individuals. This creates problems downstream for personalised communication and accurate data.

    Option B — Two separate contacts (e.g. "Jane Smith" and "Bob Smith")
    Each person appears as a distinct lead, which causes:

  3. At present, when a lead is captured from a portal, buyer details are automatically added to the note generated against that buyer. That note is visible by default, which means the information then flows through to vendor reports.

    To prevent this, agents currently have to hide each Lead Capture buyer note individually.

    A simple solution would be to either remove the contact details from the lead capture note altogether, or have the note generated as hidden by default.

  5. I just wanted to check in to see if there have been any updates to feed through seller and buyer leads from Facebook ads/Meta?

    Is it possible to forward leads by any of the below means?
    - forward email with lead details to Box + Dice lead inbox
    - Zapier integration so I can automatically push them through and trigger comms
    - API to automatically feed in details, and apply tag/source. I can see that I can manually import leads, however I want to reply to them within 5 minutes of them submitting their details.

  6. It would be great to have the ability to Select Page on the Contacts screen, in addition to the Select All function.

    This will make it easier to spilt a My Contact database across multiple agents when someone leaves the company.
    For example: Being able to Select Page of 100 contacts, instead of selecting the bulk 4,000 contacts.

  7. I'd like Lead Flow triggers added to Auto Alerts.

    I'd like to enable our agents to be alerted the moment a lead hits their B&D CRM from any source so they can action it immediately.

    Triggers should include :
    Reason to Call alerts
    Email events such as opening emails sent from B&D and Active Pipe (where the integration is active)
    Lead Scope tags added
    Any other integrated lead source systems

  10. It would be great if there was an ACL to restrict users from deleting boards created by other users. Similarly to saved filters shared in office groups, if one user creates a board for the group - only they can delete it not others.

  13. Allow the automation of category tags based on activities to reduce manual handling and improve data quality.
    Examples include:

    • When a contact gets an appraisal allow me to automate the addition of "potential vendor" tag
    • When a contact lists a home allow me to automate the removal of "potential vendor" and change to "current vendor"
    • When a home is sold allow automation to change tag to "past vendor"

    So much admin and data quality issues could be resolved with automating tags. We have contact automations available already, adding the different triggers and recipients would be great.

  16. Currently, the bulk add/remove categories from the contact screen overrides the Contact Categories - Add/Remove categories for other consultants with staff sharing permission ACL and allows access to action both adding and removing.

    We would like to see the "Add" and "Remove" actions separated so we can allow agents to add but restrict the remove ability.

    We would also like to ensure the remove is governed by the sharing so an admin cannot remove categories in bulk from team members they do not have permission to do so for.

  17. We believe the ability to record call logs in Box+Dice is core functionality for our team. Being able to track calls with our contacts is essential for maintaining a complete communication history and ensuring accountability.

    Ideally, this feature would also allow us to create a follow-up calendar event (integrated with Outlook) directly from the call log. This would streamline our workflow and help ensure timely follow-ups, which are critical to our business.

    We would love to have an option within edit matching criteria that allows us to filter matching listings displayed based on listing types.

    For example, adding in a drop-down filter.

    It would be great if the filter can include the current listing types:
