When filtering for
where Last recorded contact
is equal to YYYY-MM-DD
Contact event type is any of
Letters
Consultant is any of
Consultant Name
This returns X number contacts, but you cannot tell what the name of the Letter Template was. That capability is not possible in the UI
Under filter Last Recorded Conact
Add subfilter Template Name is any of
This will allow agents to filter for contacts sent communications that where from a Library Template, allowing them to clearly identify which contacts received what information.
