Currently, the exportable SMS report only includes the recipient number, message preview, date/time sent, and cost. It does not include the name or number of the consultant who sent the SMS. To identify the sender, users must manually filter by individual consultants, which can be a time-consuming process.
The consultant filter is only useful if you already know which consultant you want to check. In most cases, users are trying to determine who has used the different amounts of SMS credit across their office.
For example, if an office tops up its SMS balance and the funds are quickly used up, we would like to find out who used the majority of the balance. At present, users would need to manually search through each consultant individually to find this information.
There is currently a view within the SMS page that displays SMS history, including the consultant names associated with each message when you scroll down the page. However, this information cannot be exported, making it difficult to navigate or check the SMS activity across an office.
It would be beneficial if the SMS report could:
- Include the consultant name and/or consultant number in the exportable SMS report.
Or
- Allow the SMS history data, including consultant names, to be exported.
And in general
- Limit the consultant dropdown to consultants within the selected office, rather than showing consultants across the whole company. (Or just make the selected office appear first in the list)
