  1. I'd like Lead Flow triggers added to Auto Alerts.

    I'd like to enable our agents to be alerted the moment a lead hits their B&D CRM from any source so they can action it immediately.

    Triggers should include :
    Reason to Call alerts
    Email events such as opening emails sent from B&D and Active Pipe (where the integration is active)
    Lead Scope tags added
    Any other integrated lead source systems

  3. We would love for the app to push OFI times added onto portals.

    We really need the flexibility to change this remotely on the mobile app as the team are often creating updates in between opens without access to a computer for the web version.

  4. I've previously used MRI Vault before and it had the capability to input a client's first name (with a entry field "$$firstname$$") in a message. This would go from the MRI vault app, to my phones messaging app, so that I could send the personalised SMS directly from my phone.

    This was extremely useful for a number of reasons:

    1) when I received a reply message I could see what message I sent them and who they are, and what they are replying to.

    2) I could use my own phone which has unlimited SMS and send longer messages.

  8. As a system user, I would like my auto-alerts to differentiate between a withdrawn listing and a cancelled sale

    The system identifies the Withdrawn and Cancelled as the same thing. When they are different. If you click Cancel Sale on a Not Settled listing, its status is changed to Sale Cancelled but functionally in the system this is the same as Listing Cancelled.
    Typically if a sale falls over the listing will stay on the market, so the client expectation is that Cancel Sale should change the status back to Current, and remove all the sale information from the Sales…

  11. As a NZ client,
    I want to be able to include package booking info in my RENZ portal feed
    in order to modify my standard website booking without having to send a manual email or manage it online outside of Box+Dice.
    We may have a standard booking package which applies to any new listings which are created via a feed from Box+Dice. However we want a particular property to be upgraded or downgraded from that standard booking, we’d like it to be included in the feed rather than having to contact the portal separately via email, or managing the booking…

When receipting funds it would be great to be able to add notes or trust warnings - for example send receipt to a certain person or advise someone when funds received or don't charge advertising when settling. Currently can only add important notes to the listing tab that do not show on accounting tab.

  14. It would be great if box+dice could host a PDF as a link.

    What we mean by this, for example, is if we had a contract of sale PDF that we wanted to send via text message link to a client, we could do so by sending them the link that they click that takes them to the PDF hosted by the box+dice website.

  15. We have recently turned on the automatic check in SMS to buyers and would like to be able to view the following stats:
    1. Click through rates
    2. Number of unsubscribes.
    It would be great if these reports could be available to us in the future so we can assess the effectiveness of the message.

  16. 'Deposit Balance Day Reached' however there are no 'fields available' for the Purchaser - only the Vendor.
    As payment must be obtained from the Purchaser, and these details are available for other triggers, I would like these to be added:

  17. To have contacts automatically pushed across to activepipe they are required to be in a (My contact) category - meaning they are assigned to an agent.

    Currently box and dice does not automatically do this when an agent adds a new contact to the system

    Therefore we need to manually enter contacts from box & dice to say activepipe.

    I suggest this is reviewed as I feel this is a basic feature the CRM should do when gathering data

  20. As a consultant I want to be able to attach files to a Blast Campaign the same way I can attach files to a normal email from Box+Dice so that I can include relevant documents like Contracts, SOIs or Brochures and get engagement data about them.
