Accessing Library through App
Would it be possible to increase the functionality of the app by being able to access the library in the agent app?
Understandably, this is a lot of data that needs to be processed in order to open the library up each time, perhaps if the agent only had access to their own folder in the library? Admin teams could set up the SMS template for any agent who chooses to use it.
We would find this incredibly helpful when sending out SMSs to buyers. Currently, we are asking Agents to save particular SMS templates in their notes section on their phone/ipad and copying this each time they want to send an SMS to a buyer. Also, the issue with this is more often than not, the text is grammatically incorrect, or wrong details are entered in the SMSs.
This can be very clunky for agents to go back and forth from one app to another, particularly when at OFIs.

Because this template uses a different URL than the Listing URL, it cannot be set up as an automated SMS in the back end. Also, not all agents in our office group use Digital Brochures.
We would also like to be able to send "Register to Bid" and "COVID inspection guidelines" SMS to buyers. This would save a lot of back and forth from Desktop to App platform.
