  2. Ability to track the person who has voted. In SA, commercial properties can choose to vote on unit entitlements.
    So voting needs three options:
    1) Financial
    2) Number of people
    3) unit entitlement

    Would like a pop up when they go to vote advising they are not financial so can't vote. Link in the email that sends out the voting papers to pay now. Also a tick box to still let someone vote if only 1 cent in arrears, or an option to set a threshold up to a certain amount where people can still vote.

  3. Automatically open Outlook when issuing emails from Strata Master, eg Levy notices, etc. Currently Outlook needs to be opened manually before the emails are sent.

  4. We have received a Strata Committee Nomination form prior to an AGM and we can not seem to locate a merge field in Strata Master for this information to be entered into Meeting Wizard (for an AGM).

  5. Where additional addresses have been recorded for a building within Corp > Structure tab > Other Addresses. Allow for Quick Reports > Corporations to show the additional building addresses. Currently Quick Reports will only show the address entered into the Corp > General tab

  6. Currently <<Attendees>> merge field only populates the names of the owners that were present at a meeting. Would like the ability to populate all owners names on the meeting minutes ,whether or not they attend the meeting as all owners should be able to see/view this information.

  7. If you don't have fileSMART, when selecting the Multiple Plan option in AGM Prep, the "Save Report" option is greyed out, the checkbox is unticked and there is no option to have SM save the reports to the Document Register.

  9. *References to Executive Committee exist in the system (email a strata committees report and look at the file name, AGM report preparation, quick reports etc). This makes Rockend look out of touch with the reforms

  11. There is a limit on the number of emails that are allowed to be sent through STRATA Master via Outlook which is 50, for example when emailing using the Bulk Messaging function. We would like this extended

  13. We would like the remittance invoices to print in bulk for each creditor and not one page for each remittance - it is a huge waste of stationary and time for each one to print over them collating

  15. Please add an email merge field to accommodate all options set under the Notices > Correspondence delivery method i.e. owners, agent, different contact address. Currently can only accommodate owners, agents by two processes of emails. Would like to have one generic email merge field of <<CorrespondenceEmail>>

  16. Templates -would like to be able to configure templates per corporation and just agency based. Some schemes may approve payment plans and some may not, we request to be able to have alternate templates without manually changing the templates each time or changing the heading between each template. Also associations don’t have to have payment plans so this would be a completely different template all together. Alternate templates on a corp basis instead of agency basis to accommodate.

  17. We suggest a reporting feature for the tax year Like Interim or AGM reports, for example the 30/6/2017. This would be useful for the Annual Audit under Property Stock & Business Agents Act. Office audit asks for Cash Management, Receipts Report, Cash Payment, Balance Sheet and I&E Report for tax year end.

  19. I would like an Audit Trail Report to ascertain whom in my Agency had made changes to the "Contact Name" field within Manage > Contacts for an agency - in changing the contact details they had made errors which negatively impacted on the Agency

  20. I run STRATA Master on Single Trust would like SM to update with extra function of electronic funds transfer when issuing payments from Trust ledger At the moment, only option available is paid by chq.
