  1. We would like the remittance invoices to print in bulk for each creditor and not one page for each remittance - it is a huge waste of stationary and time for each one to print over them collating

  3. Please add an email merge field to accommodate all options set under the Notices > Correspondence delivery method i.e. owners, agent, different contact address. Currently can only accommodate owners, agents by two processes of emails. Would like to have one generic email merge field of <<CorrespondenceEmail>>

  4. Templates -would like to be able to configure templates per corporation and just agency based. Some schemes may approve payment plans and some may not, we request to be able to have alternate templates without manually changing the templates each time or changing the heading between each template. Also associations don’t have to have payment plans so this would be a completely different template all together. Alternate templates on a corp basis instead of agency basis to accommodate.

  5. We suggest a reporting feature for the tax year Like Interim or AGM reports, for example the 30/6/2017. This would be useful for the Annual Audit under Property Stock & Business Agents Act. Office audit asks for Cash Management, Receipts Report, Cash Payment, Balance Sheet and I&E Report for tax year end.

  8. I would like an Audit Trail Report to ascertain whom in my Agency had made changes to the "Contact Name" field within Manage > Contacts for an agency - in changing the contact details they had made errors which negatively impacted on the Agency

  9. I run STRATA Master on Single Trust would like SM to update with extra function of electronic funds transfer when issuing payments from Trust ledger At the moment, only option available is paid by chq.

  10. It would be helpful if STRATA Master automatically saved work orders and quote requests to file SMART or at least put them in the archive queue. It is hard to remember to do this as you have to print preview and it just takes too long when you are so time poor.

  13. Reminder Notice / Owners Statement liability message is in the middle of the additional comments for notice. I've been told that this is a hard coded entry.

    Can this be moved down so it looks more professional, instead of displaying in the middle of additional comments.

  14. As per the Owners Corporation Act VIC, Any invoices or levies that are sent to the owner should address correctly.
    The issue at this stage is, when the point of contact for levy is set to agent, levy notices are printing correctly but when the invoice is issued for the same lot, system does not print the owner name, neither it prints C/ Managing agent, and it only prints the invoice addressing the managing agent, which is incorrect. This raises serious concerns when the matter is raised at VCAT, as VCAT will knocks off the invoice stating that it is…

  15. In plans where there are multiple street addresses, the address on the Current Owner Account shows the Owners Corp address, not the Lot address. It would be much better if it can show the Lot address instead. I just spoke with AV about it, and he asked me to email you to ask StrataMaster if we can add this to a wish list.

    Example: SP 87607 / Lot 158 - The Lot address is 202/4 Footbridge Boulevard, Wentworth Point. Which is shown on the Lot tab overview in StrataMaster, as per:

    The New Zealand legislation is:

    103Voting: postal
    (1)
    An eligible voter or his or her proxy may exercise the right to vote at a body corporate meeting by casting a postal vote.
    (2)
    Every postal vote must be in the prescribed form.
    (3)
    A postal vote must be sent to the chairperson or to the person authorised by the chairperson to receive and count postal votes.

  17. Almost every month after I enter the units used of water usage (becoming a thing for new apartment building), Stratamaster likes to crash!

    There is no option to re-enter the submeter usage however, stratamaster have already issued emails with the submetering invoices. I spend hours each month cleaning this up. If emails are sent then it should be saved in as an invoice. When Stratamaster crashes, the invoices does not save and there is no option to re-enter the submeter invoices without re-sending invoices.

    So frustrating!!

  18. Strata Master when CRN's are set up under Supplier Details for printing on Remittances the Ref No on the Detailed Expenses report defaults to the CRN once the inv is paid rather than the Invoice No. The invoice no. only appears on the GL Report.
    Can the Inv No be shown as the Ref on the Detailed Exps?

  19. In the opening balance screen there is only 48 entry lines available for expenses

    Can this be unrestricted so there is no limitation.

  20. One single levy notice for owners in a multiple OC set up.
    For example, an owner can be part of OC1, 2, 4, 7 and 9. At the moment, they are receiving 5 levy notices quarterly with 5 different DEFT numbers.

    It would be great if a summary page can be issued and one master DEFT reference where owners can pay the lump sum, then SM is smart enough to allocate the OC as per the settings set by the company. Eg, it will always pay in the order of OC9, 7, 4, 2 then 1.
