Mail Merge field for Correspondence

Please add an email merge field to accommodate all options set under the Notices > Correspondence delivery method i.e. owners, agent, different contact address. Currently can only accommodate owners, agents by two processes of emails. Would like to have one generic email merge field of <<CorrespondenceEmail>>

    We really struggle with this as well. What's the point of have a correspondence contact and preferred method if you cant select anything to do with it! It would be great if the system could allow you to run the process once and it prints the ones that have that delivery method and emails the ones with an email delivery method.
