Almost every month after I enter the units used of water usage (becoming a thing for new apartment building), Stratamaster likes to crash!

There is no option to re-enter the submeter usage however, stratamaster have already issued emails with the submetering invoices. I spend hours each month cleaning this up. If emails are sent then it should be saved in as an invoice. When Stratamaster crashes, the invoices does not save and there is no option to re-enter the submeter invoices without re-sending invoices.

So frustrating!!
