  1. When a levy posting has to be corrected, with whole levy year cancelled and new corrected instalment amounts/ dates reinput, all the cancelled instalments will show on the Owner Ledger and Current Owner Account. This can make these documents hard to read when trying to determine status of levy instalments and prove (show) instalments due and paid for a lot owner's benefit ie it makes reports messy when providing status in print to a lot owner. The option to not display cancelled levy instalments on printed Ledger/Owner account would help make the display clearer to read. Alternatively, if cancelled instalments…

  2. Now that passwords are not accessible by Agency staff, could we have an administrator log in that allows agencies to test connections, documents etc. This way agencies do not have to ask owners for their login details or set up a dummy plan.

  3. Levies Due Report does not show financial groups. Only shows the main group OC1. If corp has multiple groups ie OC1, OC2, OC3 etc, the additional groups will not appear.

  4. An OC with multiple OC's that is setup as one Corp should have the ability to save multiple committees and email them individually. This should allow you to bulk email each OC separately, eg email all members of OC1 only, OC2 only etc.

  5. Accounting – Charge Quantity Management Fees – unable to select a ‘Group’ so can only charge OC 1 expenses. Should have the ability to select a different group, eg OC1, OC2 or OC3 for Multiple OC's within one Corp.

  6. Currently the process of excluding an owner from debt recovery to allow for a payment plan on a special levy results in that owner not receiving reminders for any stage on their regular quarterly levies.
    To alleviate this issue I suggest that we be able to exclude a specific levy from debt recovery if a payment plan has been arranged and this will allow all other levies be subjected to the normal debt recovery process

  7. It would be great if we could choose between email addresses that can be used in SM. ie to send levies , an email addy that starts with levies @ . To send notices or correspondence an email that starts with info @ it allows admin dept to better manage the email boxes and separate account enquires from general enquiries .

  8. Currently there is only a file card for Main Owner Contact. There is a space to write the developer & builders details but only a small amount of text. Developer & Builder should have a file card so details can easily be accessible.

  9. With there being no option to delete a Diary entry, how to we deal with errors/ mistakes? It would be beneficial to at least have an option to move a diary entry to a different OC, should a mistake occur.

  10. Meeting Template – Merge Fields – Add: Cash at bank (groups), Levies due Admin Budget (groups)
    Currently the merge fields only allow for the Main Group and we have to manually write in the figures for Multiple OC's/groups.

  11. Charge individual owners directly for the posting of a levy notice/statement. At the moment it adds up the cost of all posted levies and does not charge back to the specific owners who you are posting to. Should include the wording on the levy notice that they can be emailed for no charge.

  14. The ability to create one PDF file rather than individual files when selecting multiple lot owners from a building card to send levies to.
    If you have a developer who owns 30 lots, are currently issuing 30 individual pages or emails, look to pdf bind as such so we can issue one file.

Currently when you upload a new letterhead into Strata Master to utilise on documents such as levy notices, when the letterhead image is converted into the PDF document by Strata Master the image quality degrades significantly. This should be resolved to ensure company logos and letterheads display correctly without any loss of quality.

  16. The ability to be able to configure the headings for the online portal, and control the descriptions of the documents available. We have a lot of owners contact us regularly requiring assistance to navigate through the portal to find documents as the pre configured tabs are quite vague. We would like the ability to re name headings and configure the way the documents are presented.

  17. When a strata plan changes insurer and you need to add a new insurance policy, the previous policy cannot be made inactive if there are any outstanding claims on the previous policy. This strata plan will then show up in Reminders as not insured or not updated because the old policy can't be removed despite having the new policy added to it. It would be great if a policy can be made inactive even with outstanding claims OR if it doesn't show up in Reminders once it has the new policy added to it so it overrides the old policy.

  18. Can you please amend the Late Payment noteon the Macquarie Bank levy template?
    It currently reads:
    "Late Payment: If payment is not made by the due date, interest may be charged at an annual rate of 10%.

    This message is inaccurate as per Section 85 (2) of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 which reads:

    (2) Interest is not payable if the contribution is paid not later than one month after it becomes due and payable.

  19. When entering a diary entry and/or work order can we make that a recurring entry, ie, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly etc, which in-turn would become a maintenance schedule.

  20. Ability to assign/add a assistant or co-ordinator to each building, in addition to the strata manager. Would be great if this could then be an option to be shown on the owner portals with contact details and photo :)
