  1. To add to the quick reports>corp>configure columns>add "notes" to report on. This customer has had the SM subs cancelled and can no longer access the security numbers under notes to a plan.

  2. It would be great if there could be a GL code for people who want to report it as a revenue rather than expense. This would make the accounts clearer, as it results in lots of lines. The option to exclude the lines from Detailed Expenses would also help.
    Accounting for discounts within SM is difficult in it's own state. Improve the discounting process to give the ability to be able to cancel a discount receipt.

  3. There are too many clicks in quick report, for example to get a report on the agency agreements. Something that has become more important due to the change in legislation. This should be in formatted reports to limit the number of clicks.

  4. When creating new plans, would like the ability to copy the plan data at the time of setup, into a new plan.

    Potential inclusions to this could include:
    - an option when loading new properties to select when multiple OC’s are applicable
    - ability to nominate the number of additional OC’s and load as per normal process but have these linked
    - ability to assign separate bank accounts, ABN’s
    - ability to link lots that are part of multiple OC’s so that when making changes to new owners we can update all associated OC’s at the same time

  7. It would be useful if there was a way to include the DEFT reference as a merge filed in the SMS function. This may assist with at least providing the relevant information for payment where they can copy and paste into quick payments field on the DEFT website from their phone.

  8. Would like an additional column to distinguish if the entry is an owner, tenant or agent by means of O, A, T would be useful. Considering the system can’t distinguish the difference from the property address and an alternate entered address for tenants when generating labels, mail merging etc.

  9. It'd be great to see an option to send all received quotes to the executive committee at the push of a button.

    Even better if they could then vote on the received quotes on the committee portals.

  11. 'Sinking Fund Forecast' should be nominated as a 'compliance' item (Currently, the 'Sinking Fund Forecast' is designed as a 'Contract' and the merge field <<SinkFundRenewalDate>> looks at the expiry date) but should be able to look at the "Inspection Due Date" in the Agenda Wizard.

  12. It would be wonderful if the Management fees report gave totals by code across the entire portfolio - I currently have to export to excel, sort and then get totals - very inefficent.

  13. When we do the BAS returns, we use the GST Detail reports. As you may know, the Interest on investment items are shown at the top of the report (presumably to make it easier for us to calculate the PAYG Instalment for that quarter without having to trawl through every line).
    However, when a building has Levy Discounts enabled, the discounts get displayed first so the Interest on investment items get buried.

  15. We have a lot of investment accounts that are split between Admin and Capital Works funds. When applying interest, this automatically gets allocated to Capital Works Investment Interest. as you can only link one Investment account code. Interest needs to be apportioned to both interest revenue streams.
    Would like functionality to configure Strata Master to split the interest between the two funds similar to what can be done for the operating account.

  18. When running debt recovery notices, they currently save to the "Other" folder, however doesn't make sense to have them save there. They should be saved in the "Financial" folder and client has to manually move them to that folder
