  2. Unpaid column for the levy income. Doesn't give a total amount at the bottom for owners that are unpaid. All other columns in this section of the report have a total.

  3. We want the ability to manage multiple banking setups within a single database - to allow our clients the flexibility of selecting their preference of using the businesses' single trust account or a property specific individual account. At the moment we are utilising a complicated workaround to achieve this

  5. When using quick reports for creditor invoices when producing the report it doesn't allow for a manager column. Therefore I am having to select a Manager in the Owner's Corporation details and print numerous separate reports instead of just being able to print one.

  7. It would be good if the voting register had two lines for proxies - one showing any active and registered proxies, and a second line showing if a proxy had been used to cast an online vote. It would make validating online proxy votes much easier.

  8. As the address for service of notices can differ between levies and notices, we request having them show separately. Also an agent could be receiving levies and notices therefore the email address shown on the notices tab should appear on the strata roll and not the owners main contact address.

  10. Payment Plan - please enhance to show a yes/no checkbox for payment plans on the Corp screen>financial not yet approved as meeting yet to be held. Also,needs to be included in the template for Debt Recovery.

  12. Corporation Search - predictive text search to increase the number of characters as currently set to 10 x characters. This will assist where numerous buildings have the same street/body corp name eg: Magnoli Circuit/Magnoli Residences.

  14. Manual Bank Reconciliation - It would be helpful to display a warning message ie; This entry is dated in a previous financial year for this Owners Corporation. You should consider whether you need to reprint the financial statements for the Owners Corporation, otherwise, cancel and check the date; when using the add functionality for deposits or withdrawals where the date relates back in the prior financial year.

  17. STRATA master does not support our expanding business. As we purchase new branches, we have to take on their separate database which increases our software costs significantly. STRATA master does not allow you to have different branches, there is no customisation available in this regards.

  18. When you bring up the Owners Selector window (Ctrl + N) and select a lot/plan and press enter, the focus (cursor) remains in the Plan No. box. Focus should be moved back to the Lot No. box to make it easier for the next search (otherwise we have to tab backwards to enter the lot number and tab forwards again before pressing enter). It’s a small thing, but important for user interaction/ease of use.

  19. Need more automation in STRATA master. We need automated work order and quote request reminders to contractors. It would also be useful to have a button that allowed you to send the work order & quote request to committees as well so they know it has been actioned.

  20. A aknowledgement that is generated when a committee member (approver) submits they Yes / No decisions for invoice approvals on the approvals screen. At the moment committee members are advising they have selected yes to pay each invoice and pressed submit but there is no acknowledgement that their vote has been recevied. a simple "your submission has been recevied" pop up box when pressing submit would be useful.
