Owners Portal - Interest Free Period
Could you please look at making the Interest Free Period on the owners portal as an option for Strata Managers? We allow them 45 days, although all of our correspondence states 30 days. We allow some grace.

SMS for Arrears
We would like to be able to send SMS for all owners who are in arrears (for multiple buildings) rather than only those in debt recovery.

Diary Entries - ability to add attachments
I would like ability to add attachments (eg PDF's) to diary entries. I currently save them in the document register against the plan, however would be much easier to be able to retrieve and view them from the diary screen

Reports - Lot Detail for NZ
NZ doesn't necessarily refer to lots as "Lots". I would like to use this report as part of welcome package but the heading "Lot Detail Report" isn't suitable. The Lot Detail report isn't included in the Terminology screen. Could this be added to the Terminology screen so that client is able to make changes to the report heading. Also if NZ terminology doesn't use the term "Lots" perhaps this could be replaced throughout STRATA Master for NZ clients.
