Error on Invoice in Strata Master
As per the Owners Corporation Act VIC, Any invoices or levies that are sent to the owner should address correctly.
The issue at this stage is, when the point of contact for levy is set to agent, levy notices are printing correctly but when the invoice is issued for the same lot, system does not print the owner name, neither it prints C/ Managing agent, and it only prints the invoice addressing the managing agent, which is incorrect. This raises serious concerns when the matter is raised at VCAT, as VCAT will knocks off the invoice stating that it is incorrectly addressed. Also on most instances, managing agents have also raised their concerns that the invoice appears to be issued to the manging agent and not to the owner for payment.
Secondly when invoices are getting sent out, and if there are any additional contacts mentioned on the contact card, strata only sends the invoice to the primary contact and no additional email gets sent to additional contacts.
