    ”Via Contacts > Download Excel

    Please include a column for Days On Market

    This will pull the days on market data that is held on the listing and bring it into the contracts Excel spreadsheet.”

  2. Implement a Key Register within Eagle CRM to track the collection and return of property keys by tradespeople, owners, agents, and other authorised parties. This feature would provide a clear record of who has possession of keys at any given time, when they were checked out, and when they were returned. Similar to the functionality used in property management, a key register would improve accountability, enhance security, and ensure accurate records are maintained for all key movements.

  3. Would be nice for EDMs to be auto generated from a listing. If we can provide a template and AI to generate an entire EDM that would be great.

  4. Would like to see a dedicated section for hitlists, buyer requirements and tenant requirements.

    It would be great to have the ability to add specific requirements and generate a list of contacts who are actively looking or considered “hot” prospects.

    This would also allow agents to cross-reference their current listings against active requirements within the database and identify suitable matches more efficiently.

  6. Hi,

    I wanted to suggest a potential improvement to the ownership date section when adding properties.

    Currently, the field requires selecting a date via the inbuilt calendar. It would be really helpful if users could also manually type in the date instead. The current process can be quite slow and fiddly, especially when switching between other tools or websites like PriceFinder.

    Allowing direct input would make the workflow much more efficient and user-friendly.

  7. Listings created manually in Eagle:
    1. Cannot be retrospectively tagged as PT listings
    2. May re-import as drafts if corresponding PT listing exists.

    Would be great if a listing was created in Eagle, we could sync back to PT and have it link with the existing listing in PT to then pull back across all the data without the need to push from PT or manually add the data in Eagle.

  9. Mobile App > Inspections Tab > Please can we make it more clear you can toggle between Upcoming Inspections and Past Inspections

  11. We have a query with how people unsubscribe to receiving newsletters etc. from us.

    We have noticed that when we send out newsletters, we seem to get quite a few people unsubscribing from bulk communications - some of whom we know didn't want to totally unsubscribe from information being sent.

    Our boss receives copies of our emails/newsletters and had a look at the Unsubscribe button.

    He thought it was quite confusing to have to 'untick' instead of 'ticking' what they want to unsubscribe to. We think that people sometimes only want to unsubscribe to a particular newsletter we send out…

  12. I am wondering if it's possible to create a registration screen when we share the property files via an online link? At the moment, buyers get instant access. Can we collect details before unlocking the files? Ideally, we can then track buyer activity i,.e, what files they click on and the number of times (post registering to access the files).

  13. When the trigger "Schedule an Automation" is used, add an "If" step or any additional trigger/option on the automation to set it to automatically exclude contacts/vendors based on the property status, etc.

  17. Within Settings > Users > Edit > Permissions
    Please can we add a new permission under the Listings section for ‘Delete Listings’
    Having it unselected would prevent people from using the Delete button on the listing index page as well as being able to use the Delete status

  18. When users are deleted, all the notes and previous history for that user looses any relationship to this user, e.g a Note would be assigned to someone else OR would not be attached to any user.

    This causes issues when legal matters arise, and agencies need to show what a particular deleted user did in the past. If they keep the user, they are charged for them.

    Box & Dice handles this by marking users as Active or Inactive, and they are charged based on Active users. This enables all the data to still be assigned to the Inactive user,…
