Vendor Report Feedback
I am writing to request a feature enhancement for our vendor reports to better track lead management. Could you please add a "status" or "actioned" indicator to the REA and Domain email enquiries extracted in these reports?
Currently, the report shows when enquiries are received but does not indicate if an agent has followed up. This prevents us from seeing the true status of our information and agent activity. Adding a feature to show that enquiries have been actioned would be much appreciated.
