Shareable file links for email attachments

When sending emails from Eagle, large attachments can sometimes be problematic. They may exceed attachment limits, take a long time to send, or increase the likelihood of the email being delivered to the recipient’s junk folder.

It would be great if Eagle could generate a secure link to selected documents or attachments, which could then be inserted directly into the email. Recipients could click the link to view or download the files without them being physically attached to the email.

Ideally, the feature would allow users to:

Select one or multiple files stored against a property / contact
Generate and insert a secure download link into the email
Track whether the recipient has accessed or downloaded the files

This would make sending contracts, disclosure documents, property reports and larger document packs more reliable, while also reducing email size and improving deliverability.
