  1. Visibility over listings

    We’d like each agent’s EA to have access to the agent's specific contracts, without visibility over the wider team’s contracts.

    At the moment, because EAs are not listed on properties as an agent, the “view your own contracts” setting doesn’t meet this requirement and the other option allows them to view all contracts which we dont want. So option to be able to add staff / team members to view their teams contracts

  3. Not importing all vacant properties into eagle

    It would be good to have a button in Property Tree when you dont want properties importing into Eagle, example - new file you are collecting from another agent - we don't want to have this in eagle as we dont want to enter the tenant via Eagle and then have to go and cancel letting fees etc etc

  4. Only showing listed properties in Listings

    It would be good for a way to show Active/Listed properties only, not all the 'vacant' pulled over properties. Or a way to filter as such.

  5. Pulling tenant information from Property Tree

    It would be good if there is an active tenant in Property tree that Eagle pulls their name and information the same way it pulls Owner details. This would save manually having to enter tenants when listing

    Mobile App > Inspections Tab > Please can we make it more clear you can toggle between Upcoming Inspections and Past Inspections

  10. Adding a registration screen before users can access the listing document sharing link/documents

    I am wondering if it's possible to create a registration screen when we share the property files via an online link? At the moment, buyers get instant access. Can we collect details before unlocking the files? Ideally, we can then track buyer activity i,.e, what files they click on and the number of times (post registering to access the files).
