Residential Rent Invoices
It would be great if we could generate residential rental invoices in the system, the same way we can for commercial properties.
Currently, we have to create a standard tenant invoice, download and email it manually, then cancel the invoice so the rent can be receipted correctly as rent. If the rent is receipted against the invoice, it also doesn't charge the management fee.
We have a number of companies renting residential properties for their employees, and they require tax invoices to process their rental payments. This is currently a very manual and time-consuming process.
Ideally, we would like to be able to generate and send residential rental invoices directly through the system, receipt rent against the invoice without affecting management fees, and have the option to set rent invoices to automatically generate and send, as we can with commercial properties.
