date of birth for contacts
add a date of birth tab for contacts so we can generate lists for birthday messages as customer service

Additionally, it would then be good to have access to view the upcoming birthdays in a birthday calendar (we like to send out birthday cards so this would help that each month) and to then send out automatic birthday emails to the tenants.
