Is it possible to have when adding a buyer to a sale that a set of tasks automatically gets added to the property in the same way as when you add a new sale property marketing fees are automatically added

Is it possible to have when adding a buyer to a sale that a set of tasks automatically gets added to the property in the same way as when you add a new property for sale, marketing and sundries fees auto populate.
