column order in search results to work
when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.

when searching tenancy leases for example an expected simple requirement should be that I can click on the top column to sort by rent amount - high to low or vice versa. You can click on them but the order is random and useless

When looking at 'tenancy leases' in the dashboard, the 'sort by property' column sorts according to street number, not street name. This is rather useless.
Similarly, the 'sort by rent' column sorts based on the first digit not the total value of the rent. Again, this is useless.
The addition of an ownership column would also be very useful.
Addressing these items would be a great time saver.
