I want to see emails that have gone to the spam folder
I want to see emails that have gone to the spam folder we have received from tenants/landlords/trades. I have had a few people email say they have already emailed me but i haven't received them. I am assuming they have gone to spam that i can not check.
All emails sent to your configured Property Tree inbound email will arrive into Property Tree, as long as the email addresses are saved against the contact within Property Tree. There is no outside spam settings that will hold an email from being received. We have come across cases where contacts are emailing propertytree@propertytree.com directly, rather than replying to an email that was received - however if this has happened, the contact would receive an automated response. This is the same if a contact emails your configured inbound email from a different email address that may not be known with your Property Tree database, they will receive an automated response.
