Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? Create an option to edit the PDF work orders within configuaration settings. Currently you can edit the email template for creditors, however there is no option to edit the PDF version that is attached to the email.
Currently we have a discrepency between work order email and work order PDF, PDF does not state billing details and we have had problems with invoices being addressed incorrectly due to this as some contractors go off of the PDF instead of email.
