Would it be a silly idea to include a "COMPLIANCE" tile under the Dashboard page?
One would think that monitoring Safety within a property would be paramount and safety compliance is always at the forefront of our minds. As an example, it would be good to have a tile that shows how many properties require smoke alarm testing from month to month. NSW legislation requires annual smoke alarm testing and backup battery replacements.
Not only smoke alarms, but landlord insurance, pool safety and other safety compliance requirements in rental properties that property managers have to monitor.Gordon Markovic

I agree with this wholeheartedly. It makes sense to make things easier and we find ourselves constantly writing and rewriting the same things, so it is so easy to pick a standard template and modify it slightly to suit, rather than rewrite the whole thing over and over again.
