Bulk mail merge, option to not send to duplicate emails for different owner profiles
to be able to sort the list of who is being sent emails, to be able to then remove owners that have duplicates as they have individual profiles for multiple properties
Even better to have it that property tree recognises that an email address is in the list multiple times and only send it once
