Add reference for bank transfers
Early release of sales deposits usually go to: Solicitors Trust Accounts, PEXA Property Exchange House or Real Estate Agency Trust Account. All these need Reference Numbers..... Without them your deposit gets lost and settlements are delayed. The current solution is to enter the transfer directly to the bank, making an automatic system using ABA's pointless.

This function is badly needed by all agencies and continues to be ignored. Please address this issue, the voting numbers are low only because there are not as many admin staff voting compared to PM's with their issues.

Yes, Reference is very important for each transactions out of the trust acount. Why property tree can't grab EFT reference to the ABA file. I think it is just a mapping issue. Please help to solve it ASAP. Thanks

I totally agree. When we use ABA file uploading to the bank, what we expect is it has all the information in it including reference number. If we need to manually add reference number in the bank, what is the point of using ABA file uploading. The process just double the workload and doesn't make sense.

Reference on ABA files..... I can't believe this is not a standard feature! When we release settlement funds to solicitors or to a settlement clearing house they need more than just the Real Estate Agency's Name. I was told I would have to do this through the bank.... which defeats the purpose of having a system that creates ABA files.
