Ability to Accumulate Held funds on a monthly basis instead of manually having to do this against the owner. MRI Palace has this function

Instead of a lump sum for Owner Withheld Funds, could there be a way to set an accrual amount per month? EG set aside $100 each month to cover when large invoices come in such as Rates or Insurance. An option to set an end date or maximum held amount would help to ensure too much isn't held for too long.
