Have the ability to send an email merge to a strata manager with new tenants details once the lease is signed.

Could you please add a merge field for the Strata Plan number, so this can be added to the email that is being sent to the Strata Manager when informing of new Tenancy details. Thank you

I know that we can now have the ability to 'mail merge' to strata managers - but the mail merge fields don't work! When I run a test on myself my email is blank where the mail merge fields should be.

Actually I have a similar idea 'There needs to be a report function where we can obtain a list of tenants contact details against particular properties so we can send to Strata'.

This could this be made as an automated communication once a new tenant is change from a Prospect to Active tenant.

There is no quick or easy way to send tenant details through PT. It is very labour intensive and time consuming to copy and paste information from PT into an email to send to strata. We regularly hear complaints from strata agents that property managers "never" send tenant details to them so they often do not send notices to tenants as they do not have current tenant information.
