At times Owners have to deposit funds into the trust account for larger creditor invoices to be paid on time, it would be nice if the system could generate a receipt once payment is entered, rather than them emailing to check the funds have come through.

Further to this idea, when a termination notice is issued for rent or water arrears, could this please be automatically included on the tenancy ledger as a true record. This would clearly show how many times a tenant has been issued a termination notice.
At present, the only time this is recorded is when the tenant is in water arrears but their rent is paid in advance past the proposed vacate date. Once the tenant pays the water arrears and the termination is cancelled, it is noted on the ledger as "Vacate - Termination removed". This is helpful, though it would be far more efficient than having to scour Property Tree ledgers for arrears or refer back to files or notes to find any previous terminations issued.
Including this, along with noting arrears and the amount of arrears on the ledger, would give Property Managers a quick overall view of the tenancy from a payment perspective. It would also be useful to include a provision for warning letters and breach notices to be recorded in the same way.
Thanks for your response Angela. There appears to be sufficient room around the debit column of the ledger for noting days and amount of arrears.
Your assistance in implementing this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
