This would save me up to 10 emails a week clicking the link for them and replying to the same darn question "I can't see how much I need to pay"

Good idea. We could simply have negative days in the current arrears process so "-4 days" could send out a reminder to pay rent email.

Yes please. It is such a nightmare trying to download 50 photos from a tenant.

This feature already exists. Set your templates and how soon before the inspection you want the notices to go out and it is done. Our form 19 notice of entry is written into the email template itself so we don't even have to attach a document.
Configuration > Automated Communication > Property Management > Inspection Notice: Residential Tenancies (and) Residential Inspection Notification: Ownership

Yes! Some agents will not want this to be automated but we would. It would certainly save a lot of additional time in adhoc emails.

You can edit the work order before sending. Editing it in preview will not update the work order itself which means once the email is out the additional information is lost.
Imagine a work order that said "go ahead up to $500" then someone edited it in preview "go ahead up to $1,000" and the bill comes in at $950 then the argument starts on who approved the additional expense.

I would recommend against this.
The goal is to get away from external email systems and use internal PT email. Any integration into external systems will open PT up to be compromised.
In WA this week yet another real estate agent's email system was compromised and all contacts were emailed links in an attempt to get more passwords and to compromise more systems. They still haven't reported the data breach.
With PT email and 2-step authentication you can use this system only for all communication to and from your clients, stops email spoofing as only registered email addresses for owners, tenants, contractors can email into the system, and limits exposure if your office enquiries email address is compromised.
Moving your office enquiries email addresses away from local email systems like outlook and exchange and moving to online systems like Google business, business 365, and iCloud business, and enabling 2-step authentication will go a long way to protecting clients from these data breaches.
We all hate change and having to take extra steps to log into a system but what we will all hate more is having to make a call to our business insurance after a data breach.

Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? Or would you prefer this email to be sent to your external email each time an email failed to send? If you are not using the Communication Platform,…

After discussions with a number of clients, feedback has been that the Termination date on the tenancy could be used to record this date, as this does not trigger the normal vacate activity. We will continue to review further feedback and votes towards any changes. Thanks, Ange - Product Team

This feature already exists. You can send an email on a set number of days before the lease end date issuing a termination notice to the tenant, and informing them of options to renew, and informing the owner. Settings > automated communications > Property Management > Lease expiry: Tenancy (and) Lease expiry: Owner. You will just have to customise it and will need to use your lease expiry reports when planning your schedule and advertising.
And mark as complete. But then we are just duplication functionality to be the same as the email section. Wouldn't it be better to just merge both communication channels into the one system?
