Owner invoices sent to owner even though not paid in PT
Can PT include documents marked as Owner Invoice when not being paid. For example we receive copies of water/council/strata when they are direct debited from the owner, but not included with the owner statements. Then when the owner is doing their tax the accountants want copies of the invoices. We then have to download and save them, then email them.
The other option is to be able to select the invoices we want to send and be able to email them direct to the owner like we can do from File Smart

As a commercial agent, we really need this as we can charge a separate letting fee for each lease we finalise. Owners need a copy of the corresponding invoice to show what we've charged to save them fishing out the MAA every few years & occasionally we do loyalty discounts. We can't manually do and pay back to the agent as it won't record correctly in our end of month figures or on owners I&E at EOFY.

It would also be great if invoices paid by the owner could be recorded so they are included on the I&E report - a journal perhaps?
