Property Tree times out to quickly - having to constantly login back in with the SMS code after a few minutes of staying idle
Once you've signed in for the day that should be it. You should not have to continuously sign back in multiple times throughout the day.

It's done! MRI SSO (Single Sign On) is in place for all Property Tree users! Thank you for your ongoing support and feedback as we have taken significant steps forward in enhancing your experience and security.
Some key points to note:To never get locked out
- Multiple Factors: Configure multiple factors such as Okta Verify Authenticator and fingerprint so that you always have a backup method. This prevents login issues when mobile carriers experience outages if SMS is your only login method.
To keep your account secure
- Auto Log out: Sessions log out automatically unless a Property Tree tab was interacted with within 1 hour
- Sensitive Operation Challenge: Any page with the ability to change bank accounts require MFA verification

Custom Security Role - Invoice Genius
Please enhance the customised security roles to enable various permissions for Users within Invoice Genius
- need a permission to allow users to create invoice in Invoice Genius
- need a permission to allow users to view Invoice Genius
- need permission to allow users to Manage (forward) invoices in Invoice Genius

Search by property address when entering a tenant invoice
Ability to search by property address, not just tenant name. Some water invoices are to charge tenant only, so need to enter via create tenancy invoice - the water invoice only has the property address so this means we have to look up the property in a separate screen to find the tenants name.

Export all information, like Rest Professional
Ability to have a report with everything and then filter out what isn't needed (like REST export). PropertyTree is very limited on what can be exported and needs more fields available

Ability to add descriptions that populate by default for tenant invoices
Ability to add a default tenant invoice description linked to the account code, ie. water usage, not water rates as it currently populates from the account code name

Add more information to the Manage Rent Roll/Valuation report
This report currently has a lot of missing information or combined information in the same column which makes it difficult to use. Some suggestions to improve this report: Separate out the rent amount and frequency under Actual Rent so the rent amount can be calculated like every other numeric column. Add lease start/end dates. Add outgoings for commercial properties. Ability to add a multiplier when generating the report like the Rest Business Summary. Add Year Management Fee column (Annual Rent x Management Fee).

Add images to templates
Being able to add images within a template without the workaround to save to word, and search on google or internet explorer before copying to PropertyTree. There has to be a better solution

Inspection Letters should print in date order
Print inspection letters in date order, not street address. Also have the option to only select the primary contact so that multiple copies of the letter don't print (like bulk mail merge for letters)

Choose contacts for the automated communications
Where we have the option to turn automated arrears notices on or off for a tenant, it would be good to select the contact (or all contacts) that this goes too. With commercial we have lots of stored contacts and don't want them receiving these notices.

When filtering reports or bulk merge, have the option to show those profiles that are "not" tagged for the tag you choose

When searching for an owner, see what properties they manage in the list
When searching for an owner you cannot see what properties they manage. Would be good to have this linked so when you search for the owner their properties also appear. When have the same owner entered more than once cannot tell which is which

Ability to create historical statistic reports
For comparisons it would be handy to have the ability to find historical statistic reports

Rent review dates
Recently when doing a rent increase there were squares around the payment dates. These made it easier to work out when to schedule the increase. Can this be put back please?

Hi can you please increase the size of the font on batch payment printouts. It has decreased in size since February update and is too small. Also I would prefer to have my lists printed in alphabetical order and not dollar amounts.

Inspection summary should default to a month ahead, not just two weeks. We always have to set the date to, before the date from to look further than two weeks ahead, as the from date is always two weeks prior
