Adding a new creditor needs to appear immediately in Invoice Automate
When adding a new creditor in PT it takes too long in Invoice automate to be able to pay the invoice as they do not appear till a while later can this be worked on please?

ability to enter renewed lease dates prior to their start dates and have PT automatically update to the new agreement once in effect
To be able to sign a new lease agreement with the tenant prior to the current one ending and schedule the lease dates to update once the new lease is in effect, similar to how a scheduled rent increase works. Instead of needing to remember the dates on a calendar and updating them manually. This would help keep the dates for lease renewals current. I usually have my tenants sign a renewed agreement 60 days prior to the end of the current agreement when they are given notice of a rent increase. I can schedule the effective rent increase date…

In the property profile, can we have the option of the property type to be a granny flat?

Requirement to add the management agreement whilst setting up an owner profile
For compliance/ avoiding mistakes. It would be great to have the requirement to add the 'management agreement' under documentation before setting up the owner profile in PT

View current Lease / Management Agreement
Instead of having to filter through the documents tab to find the most current lease / MA, the current lease and MA should be able to be viewed by clicking on a document icon within the profile box (like that of the email icon)
