  2. Would be wonderful if we could produce a Statistics Report selected by Tag.

    This would allow us more flexibility in Reporting monthly data.

  3. Column headings on all forms should be display on each page. For example, the owner ledger and tenancy rent summary have the headings displayed on the first page, however the information flows onto more pages and you cannot see the column heading on those pages.

  4. Hi can you please increase the size of the font on batch payment printouts. It has decreased in size since February update and is too small. Also I would prefer to have my lists printed in alphabetical order and not dollar amounts.

  6. When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
    However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.
    This is an unnecessary step, as the filter selection has already been made, and by clicking ‘View’ on the Dashboard, the user is confirming what search result they want.

  7. The Tenancy Ledger should be displaying the ‘total amount paid’ by the tenant (as per the bank statement), and then show the breakdown how it has been allocated (e.g. to rent, outgoings, gardening etc.)

    REST ledgers show this, which makes it easier to read the ledger and compare transactions to the bank statement and/or the actual paid amount.

  10. The sorting of properties is currently numeric, based on street number except when searching under creditor invoices where it sorts alphabetically. I can't speak for other offices but our hard files are sorted alphabetically, why can't this option be available across all reports?

  12. A weekly generated email to the Team Leads, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great - outlining where their staff and portfolio's are at.

    Providing a view to on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their management week week up for success.

  13. Download agency ledger as a cvs as this is the report that gives a line item breakdown of each period's agency statement. The fee report that CAN be downloaded has to be adjusted for GST AND always has some reconciling items due to part payments.

  14. Would be great if once a vacate date was entered in the property only shows in the vacancies dashboard instead of showing as an expiring or expired lease. Seperates what leases you are still in process of following up and finalising to which properties are not renewing their lease.

  15. We have had a lot of owners request for their EOFY statements to be sent to them as an excel file rather than a PDF file.

    It would be great to have this option to generate the statement as an excel file - if and when required.

  16. We are required to run vacated tenancy reports monthly, quarterly and required. We also have multiple housing programs and have different reporting needs.

    We currently have to keep our vacate files open until the following month before archiving to capture how many vacated in that month.

    We lose the benefit of being able to archive immediately because we cannot run historical data once archived.

    A feature that could be added to BI??

  18. When looking at 'tenancy leases' in the dashboard, the 'sort by property' column sorts according to street number, not street name. This is rather useless.
    Similarly, the 'sort by rent' column sorts based on the first digit not the total value of the rent. Again, this is useless.
    The addition of an ownership column would also be very useful.
    Addressing these items would be a great time saver.

  20. Options to colour code white boxes.
    The multiple white boxes throughout the Agency tab are hard to identify such as Arrears, maintenance etc.
    I would suggest the option to colour code the boxes, for example arrears box red, maintenance blue etc. Coming from Property Me this system is a lot harder to navigate.
