Configure Rent Review reminder
Hi,
I’m setting up my Dashboard to get the best use and value from it. I’ve noticed that the Rent Review chart currently displays a blue graph for properties that are 30 days from their rent review date.
Since legislation requires 60 days’ notice before a rent increase, this isn’t particularly helpful. Is there a way to adjust the chart parameter from 30 days to 60 days—or ideally, to 67 days? That would give me about a week to send out the notice to tenants after completing the review.

Termination reason should be mandatory when Termination date is entered
Under Tenancy I would like to request that the field "Termination Reason" is made Mandatory when "Termination Date" is populated. Termination Reason is required by CHRA - however we are finding some of our TM's are not populating this field at the time of termination resulting in going back in and updating to comply with CHRA requirements. We would like to prevent them saving until they have selected a reason.

Independent commission rates for Rent and Receipting tenant invoices
I think it would be quite useful to be able to manually (permanently) set the commission rate on a tenant’s invoice payment as the system currently charges the same commission rate for rent and invoices. You can currently set exceptions for commission on maintenance (eg different rates for different suppliers) but the payments from the tenants are the same for rent and invoices. Eg if your commission is set to 8% it would be nice to be able to keep the rent commission at 8% and have the ability to make the invoice commission 10%, 6%, 4%, 0% etc. You…

Work Orders
Have the Work Order email (to supplier) appear the same as the Work Order description box.
A numbered list can be typed into the description box then just appear as one line in the email on the next screen. Annoying!1 vote -

The ability to send a contacts details, eg tenant name, number, address to a tradesperson or an owner via the Palace app on the phone.

Accidental Submit of Inspection Report
While conducting inspections, it's quite easy to accidentally press the 'Submit' button partway through. This is easily done because the button is located in the same place as the 'Take Photos' option when in a room.
If the 'Submit' button is pressed by mistake, there's currently no way to return to the inspection and continue. This is especially frustrating when halfway through an ingoing inspection.
Prior to the most recent update, we were able to re-enter the property and resume the inspection, but it seems that functionality is no longer available.
Ideally, we’d like to see a confirmation prompt appear…

Smoke Alarm Annual Review similar to Rent Reviews in the Dashboard
We monitor via Reminders against the Property on when the annual review date is due for all smoke alarms. Currently this is a long winded process, that we have to write down all properties that need their smoke alarms checked (we use the 1st of the month for all those alarms that need checking within that month). It would be great to have this per the Rent Reviews in the Dashboard, when it we can create a spreadsheet of all the smoke alarms to check. This would free up a lot of time, and ensure we haven't missed any when…

Task Manager - Notify user(s) of update.
A lot of my workmates need frequent updates from me (I manage maintenance, but they manage the relationship with the tenant).
If I am assigned a task in Task manager, I'd love a function where I could select another staff member to be notified of particular updates to that task.
ie. Notify on edit. Notify on state change (to do/ in progress/ pending/ done). Notify on date change.

Task Manager - Simplified view/ Minimize cards to title.
I'd love to be able to see more tasks on a single screen without scrolling so I can get a more complete picture of what's on.
I propose a 'minimize' button, or 'simplified view option' that removes the description from the card so it just shows: Title, Entity, Due date, priority.
*You could also remove the 'Priority tag' (High/ Medium/Low) and simply highlight the top of each card with the respective colour (red, blue, green, white)

Task manager - Toggle workflow view
The Task Manager is great, but it can get overwhelming if you have a number of individual tasks and a few workflows going.
Possible solutions:
Toggle workflow view.
(so you can only see tasks that DONT belong in a workflow.)Collapse Workflows.
Include a collapse button on Workflow cards. When pressed all tasks associated with that workflow disappear except for the one you clicked (which then turns a different color or has a big "+" in the title so you know there are associated tasks.2 votesHi Supporters,

Ingoing/Outgoing inspection charge
Could you please add an Ingoing/Outgoing Inspection charge under the Commission/Fees section in the Property main menu, just below the Inspection Fee(routine)?
We have separate charges for routine inspections and for ingoing/outgoing inspections, so it would be helpful to have them listed separately.

Phone app should have diary for easy note making
The Palace phone app needs to be updated so we have the option to access the diary to make notes while out and about

Task Management Automatic Entity
When starting a Workflow, please allow us to select one Entity (A specific Tenancy, Property or Owner) at the top and have the associated tasks in the workflow automatically populate the Entity box with the relevant Entity based upon the templated Entity Type.

Download inspection option on inspection link
Email to owners regarding an inspection report gives a link to the inspection report which generates faster than generating a pdf of the report. (This change was done recently). We would like a download button or similar on this page so that the owner can convert this html page to a pdf for the owner to save for their records.

Android to have User caller ID function
As with iPhone already having this function in the Palace App, can we please have this function applied to Android users. Property Managers find this incredibly useful in knowing who is calling you given we have large and always changing portfolios
