Room option in under Property
When creating a Property in Palace it is only giving us the option to add a property with a Unit number as the address. Some properties we rent out as ROOMS only so would be great if there was an option to enter a room number instead of unit number.

The training material is very confusing and inconsistent
Training should flow through taking the user from the one transaction through to the next seemlessly. Users should be able to understand both sides of the transactions. Not all users have accounting backgrounds. A user needs to understand the implications of posting an incorrect transaction. There is no trouble shooting and if you ask for help is is at a cost of $150/hour but the training provided is minimum. This is not fair on your users.

Send Statement with Single Owner Payment
Add a button to send statement, when making single owner payment (LHS of Palace). We can send statements when doing bulk owner payments, but only remittance with single owner payment. Why?

Auto reply working 100% including @Gmail addresses
Currently the auto-reply button, once set, only replies to people that don't have a @gmail address. Can this be resolved please, so all addresses get their auto-reply?

part payment
Part payments to Suppliers - would be good to be able to make a part payment for an invoice of any rent that is sitting against the property to the supplier. and then can pay the balance at a later date.
This can be useful when short a, ie today me $65 for just over a $1k invoice, and want to keep goodwill with your suppliers on paying the bulk without having to annoy owners for extra funds or wait another week for rent payment.2 votes -
Ability to print out Reminders
Reminders hold important information, such as rent reviews, smoke alarm checks etc. At the moment, it can't be printed out, to mark off as we progress through each reminder, which we remove when completed. So we use Snipping Tool to copy and paste a page every time for the current month. It would be great to have a report that prints out a date range, would save a lot of time.

Add property alarm codes to they key information
Add property alarm codes to they key information, so when checking out keys it prompts you the house has an alarm & has the code there. Rather than having to go through to the property diary

Add the Option to add Statuses to the Master Inspection Template
This will help streamline the first (Routine and Full) inspections at a property. Statuses can be added/edited once an inspection is in the property diary, however, this is laborious when creating inspections for the first time (or if the template is reset).6 votes -
Add Property Address in the Subject of Tenant Invoice Email
It would be great if Palace would indicate the Property Address in the Subject instead of [ID: RBRE***-RBAG***] in the email of Tenant Invoice.
Basically, a tenant sends us an inquire by Reply our email of Tenant Invoice without Bill forwarded so we have to find which property relevant according to the tenant's email address.
It will make our work more efficient and easier if the Property Address can be indicated in the Subject in the Email of Tenant Invoice. Thanks.

Finding draft emails quickly
Have a function that offers a list of draft emails that are awaiting to be send. Currently if we forget which property or tenant we saved the draft for, there is no way to find it unless I go through each diary one by one.

I agree with this! Which is why, in 2024, as a part of our Global search, we'll tap into diaries and make 'finding' things a little bit easier :)

Autosave function default on for inspections
Change the Autosave function to be automatically on for inspection reports - or make this an option in settings where the individual user can set a default for on or off themselves.

Diary Entry
Consider transferring records between the property's diary, owner's diary, and tenant's diary instead of deleting them if it has been done by mistakes and redoing the process.

Portfolio transfer and archive the resgined PM
When transferring the entire portfolio from the resigned property manager, please ensure that the archived properties under the resigned property manager are also transferred. This will streamline further actions for archiving the resigned property manager as a user.

Portfolio Details and Summary report to have the revenue match
The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

SMS - display name of contact in inbox not just number
SMS - We need to see the name of who it is we have messaged, not just their number coming up on the display. If it could sync with the landlords and tenants numbers in the system then we would know who has replied if we have texted a few people via Palace that day.
