The training material is very confusing and inconsistent
Training should flow through taking the user from the one transaction through to the next seemlessly. Users should be able to understand both sides of the transactions. Not all users have accounting backgrounds. A user needs to understand the implications of posting an incorrect transaction. There is no trouble shooting and if you ask for help is is at a cost of $150/hour but the training provided is minimum. This is not fair on your users.
