OnEvac Summary - People Verified Safe should only include people currently onsite
When using the OnEvac app, I have found that the People Verified Safe graph is calculating all people in the selected zone, even when the Event is selected for Employees On Site Only.
As we have shift workers, we will always select Employees On Site Only, so this calculation will always calculate incorrectly. Surely this calculation should not be including people who are not currently on site? That's not logical.

I completely agree with this. We have people off-site that are included and people that are in OnLocation but not at our physical site that were listed during the evacuation. This made things very confusing. I would like it to just list people that are currently signed in.

Hi DWB, thanks for your feedback and historical background info.
I must say it doesn't make sense to me to include people who are not on site in the People Verified Safe summary. In my situation, people who are not on site are people who are not working today, people who are on nightshift and are probably sleeping, people who are home sick. They haven't signed into the worksite, so why would I send a request to verify them as safe? The calculation becomes meaningless, it will never be 100%.
Perhaps this has a different application in other businesses, but our business is only interested Who's On Location. Isn't that the point? -
Thank you Karina, when we created OnEvac we asked for community feedback (years ago now) and the overwhelming response to who is included in the summary was all those in your account. However; we will review how we communicate summaries and how we present this in the summary. I'll leave your comment open for assessing and further votes but we will review this.
