Important Contract Dates to Automatically Feed Through to Agent Calendars
We would like important contract and compliance dates to automatically feed through to the relevant Agent/s’ Eagle calendars, similar to Open Inspection dates.
Important key dates could include contract acceptance dates, finance due dates, building and pest due dates, settlement due dates, listing expiry dates, real estate license expiry dates, staff/team birthdays, other key contract or compliance dates.
Agents generally plan their days using their phone calendars, so having key dates automatically scheduled in their Eagle calendar (which connects to their phone calendar) would make it much easier to track upcoming deadlines and plan accordingly. Currently, Agents can use automated…2 votes -
Pest and Building condition in Contracts section
Under the contracts section I'd like to have the option to set the due date for Pest and building condition. In Queensland most contracts are subject to both finance and pest and building inspections and they often have different due dates. It really should already appear the same as the Finance condition above. It should also be included in the check box section on top of the contract information so it can be ticked once Pest and building condition is satisfied.

Trust Receipt - Dual Buyer

Sales Advice
When creating a sales advice through the send a letter to the vendor's solicitor button, have the format written in notes carry through (eg. if there are different lines for each item it will look the same in the sales advice - like below)
DEPOSIT - $1234

Settlement and Anniversary Searches - would be fantastic if we could search for all properties settled in the month of say August and the search brings up every August settlement for the Agent we select for all years.

Application form landland version
Applicaiton form, user can download the applciaiton form, but there is a landlaord version, it's too simple, it's nothing if I am a landlord . It only shows the first applicaiton name, how many places stayed in the last 2 years. it's better to have the finance , work, family informations.
I suggest that using AI to generate a summary for all the applicaitons.

Request to Prevent Other Agents' Listings from Appearing
Is it possible to prevent other agents' listings from appearing anywhere in an agent's database?
The agent has requested that only their own listings be visible and that listings belonging to other agents do not appear in any contacts or search results within their database.
Could you please investigate whether this can be configured or if there is an available setting to achieve this?

A resend function for emails
I would like to suggest adding a resend function for emails.
At present, if we send a lengthy email with multiple attachments and it bounces due to an incorrect email address, we have to recreate the entire email and reattach all of the documents before sending it to the corrected address.
A resend option that allowed us to update the recipient's email address and resend the original message would save a significant amount of time and make the process much more efficient.

Download the application form and related support files
When an potential tenant submit the applicaiotn , they will submit the other supportive files, like payslip, drive licence, passport etc as photo or pdf file. they are file to view online.
If the applicatoin successful , we will download the application file to put int Property me as a record. when downloading the full version , it only down the information from the form, the other supportive files were not downloaded, we have to down laod them one by one. FREEZE FRAME TOOL BAR
At the top of your screen it would be good to be able to freeze frame your tool bar which has the property details and dashboard info so you can keep track of what you are looking at which property your on etc, just like in an excel spread sheet to keep all the titles. Sometimes its hard to keep track of which property your on etc when handling multiple properties at once.

Realworks forms - upload old forms
Why can't we upload old forms created for each property before the 1st June 2026. This would be a nice way to centralise all executed Form 6, Form 2, contracts and conjunctions that predate the new Realworks changes and any forms that were manually created outside the eagle link to Realworks. THIS NEEDS TO BE A PRIORITY

Build your own Appraisal template
We should be able to build our own appraisal templates for Resi and Commercial in Eagle, the templates on offer with corelogic are amateurish to say the least. The domain version is a little better. It's just sad. This is an opportunity for eagle users to stand out from the crowd. THIS IS A TOP PRIORITY

Contact to auto-populate when creating AML check on property
When creating an AML check in Eagle, if the vendor contact has been added to the property listing then I click ‘Create AML check’, the contact should auto-populate in the Contact section of the pop up box (currently it is blank and the contact needs to be searched and added).

Applications -ability to pop out into browser
Ability to be able to pop out applications (right click open in new browser) as this makes it so much easier to go through all the applications in bulk, instead of one by one and its a longer process to go back to 'current applications' after reviewing one as it doesn't save the property you were looking at.
Also the ability to search via 'Property manager'
