Pest and Building condition in Contracts section
Under the contracts section I'd like to have the option to set the due date for Pest and building condition. In Queensland most contracts are subject to both finance and pest and building inspections and they often have different due dates. It really should already appear the same as the Finance condition above. It should also be included in the check box section on top of the contract information so it can be ticked once Pest and building condition is satisfied.
