Suspended Arrears Report
Create a report so that a department head (administrator) can search for arrears which are suspended indefinitely. This would be highly valuable as suspended arrears can compromise the legal position of an agency if serious tenant default occurs, and can compromise the owner's insurance position.

Add property key number to the task management in key category report
It would be good if the property key number were included next to the property address when creating the report in task management & selecting the key category.

It would be fantastic if the tags under the Property, Tenancy and Landlord Profile could be hyperlinked so take you to all properties/tenancies/landlords listed with that tag

rent reviews - PM column
In Tenancy Rent reviews - add a Column of "property manager" as an option. At the moment to view a whole agency and understand which PM is behind, and who is under control you need to select each PM one by one. For large agencies, it takes a while.

Can you arrange for a key number search option once properties have been archived.
Often when a key number has been removed due to the property being sold or management no longer in place, there is sometimes a need to find out what the key number was historically but there is no way of finding this out once property removed and archived. It would be great to have a search option to show what a properties previous key number was.

Add a nickname for creditors for searching purposes
Add a section that will show up in search bars / creditor invoice bars for custom acronyms or codes for creditors instead of only having the full name search. Like a 'nickname'.
Examples:
'PCA' for Property Compliance Australia
'LCC' for Logan City Council

Find Profile - Filter by Property Type (Commercial / Residential)
Under "Managements" -"Find Profile" a "Type" of profile to select should be Commercial. Currently we can only choose "Properties" which filters ALL properties. "Type" of profiles to search to be added could read Residential or Commercial. Adding Tags to properties not ideal.

Find note report to include property address
I need to generate reports from information that is stored under notes. However, the property address is not included in this information, which still creates a lot of additional work. Please can a column be added to at least include the property address.

Vacating Tenants - Termination Reason Column
Recommend having a Termination Reason column under 'Vacating Tenants' or 'Vacated Tenants' to review information in one location. This will assist in knowing if the property is being relet / handed over etc

column order in search results to work
when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.

Strata Plan report with linked properties
To be able to run a strata plan report to show the linked properties.
At the moment you have to look at each individual strata plan to find the properties.
REST had such great reporting and it is the biggest let down of Property Tree.

tenants on rent schedule & Rent Increases
When tenants pay rent via a rent schedule a report is necessary to keep track of the rent increases for each month.
Rent schedule tenants need to be coming up on direct debit batch so we can be prompted to change amounts when due2 votes -

Ability to search a tenant invoice number for a tenant fee.
We need the ability to search a tenant invoice number for a tenant fee. We can only search the tenant fee status or name. Tenant invoices for tenant fees don't appear within the find tenancy invoice search option.

Rental Schedule - highlight 12 month anniversary date
Rental Schedule - has a yellow square for you to pick the anniversary date of the next increase.
Is there any way we could look into having a rental schedule from the last rental increase (12 months) that you could not issue a rental increase within that period. As NSW can only increase the rent once every 12 months.
