Automated Communications compliance expire / renewal required
Creditor Certificate of Compliance (public liability insurance) - 1 month prior to the public liability insurance expiring, there should be an automated email sent from the system to the creditor reminding requesting them to send an updated COC (public liability insurance).
Where a compliance responsibility rests with the owner, an automated email should be sent to them requesting an updated document be sent to us so we can update the compliance information.
Both of the above will improve efficiency in terms of ensuring compliance is up to date.
