Invoice Automate – Ability to add notes to future invoices
Having the ability to add notes - used for internal use, such as instructions - to future invoices (e.g. if there are 2 water meters).
We’ll require this feature after an invoice has already been approved.
Currently, to add a note we need to create a dummy invoice with a dollar ($) value, then approve and delete it in PT before it is paid.
We need to be able to add something in the backend and ensure it is working for when the next invoice comes through.
