  1. Automatically update rent review dates in software when you enter a new amount in the rent schedule. Updated dates should be 10 weeks prior to increase commencement date in the following year.

  4. In the tenant profiles can a section to add Date Of Birth please be added. When doing many tasks such as leases, bonds, connections etc. this information is required and it is quite annoying to not have it be with the rest of the tenants details. Thank you.

  6. There needs to be a way to be able to put reference numbers/names into ABA file bank transfers. I have done several transfers to Solicitors/ NSW Trustee etc and the money has been unable to be identified. I understand that you can do a transfer straight from the bank, if this is the solution, why use property tree at all. We strongly rely on references, including to vendors.

    When we used REST, we were able to do this. Simply being able to add a reference and the information comes across from the description section into the ABA would solve a…

  7. It would be highly beneficial for commercial tenancy ledgers to show a notation whenever credits are added to a tenancy via replacement invoice. At present, the only notation available is the replacement invoice and the reason does not show in the same way that it does on a residential ledger. Whilst the reason is visible within Property Tree on the receipting screen, this is not helpful when providing a ledger to a tenancy or reviewing a ledger in general.

  8. I have an owner with multiple properties over two agencies.
    He wants to be able to sort or filter his documents in the 'my documents' section.
    There is no option to do this and order the current order seems be be a bit random.
    Would be nice to be able to select a property and only have its supporting documents available on the screen.

  10. For Ownerships that have multiple properties on one statement, the properties should be sorted in a logical order. At the moment, they are not in numerical order by way of Unit number. There should be an ability to set the order by Unit Number or an order of your choosing.

  11. Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

  12. After a work order has been sent, the only options currently are "Re-send work order" and "download work order". It would be very helpful if there is an option for "send a request for job progress". This way we can conveniently follow up with the creditor.

  13. Once a note is entered against a maintenance job it would be good if there could be an indication that there is a note in there such as the same where it lists the number of pictures against the same maintenance job

  15. When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

  17. Add a Water invoice for tenants where we can add a water reading into the tenancy invoice and have that new water reading update against the reading information stored on the tenant profile. This information should then populate against the new water invoice that is entered against this tenant

  18. Auto Communications - Time / Day Communications are Sent -
    We are constantly receiving reports from tenants that auto-communications are being received after 6.00pm.
    This is not reasonable.
    The auto-communications should be RECEIVED during business hours.
    We should also have the ability to select whether our office chooses to send auto-communications on weekends or public holidays.
    This is an issue that Property Tree should be fixing now. It's certainly been discussed enough times.
