  1. Accountants like the REST GST statements issued for the quarterly BAS. Would be good if they can be generated on Property Tree.

  3. Under Automated Communications there is presently only one option for the Lease Expiry: Tenancy. We really need a separate one for the Commercial Tenancies as what the communication says is not appropriate for Commercial Leases.

    We are happy to let you know that this suggestion has been released - you can now filter these automated communications by Property Type allowing you to set up separate communications to send to Commercial and Residential Tenancies. You can find this new filter in the Automated Communications Trigger settings

  4. Previously when looking at old maintenance requests in a property you could "click" on the magnifying glass and the list of jobs for that property would be displayed. Recently this has stopped working and all current jobs come up for all properties.

    Can you please change this to how it was?

  5. When using MAIL MERGE to send an email (ie not via the standard system email function) the system only allows you to send to the email address of the recipient/s. Would it be possible to be able to have the option to manually add another email address as either a CC or BCC?

    We are pleased to announce that you can now use mail merge templates within the ad hoc emails allowing you to add cc email addresses that are not linked to a Property Tree contact. This sends out one email to all recipients.

  6. We need the ability to have separate automated communications for commercial and residential arrears (like we have the ability to do for automated inspection emails)

    We're pleased to announce that this enhancement has been released! You can now filter Automated Communications for Invoice Arrears, Lease Expiry Tenancy and Lease Expiry Owner by Property Type. You can also now set up to 30 different Invoice Arrears notices and 8 different Lease Expiry Tenancy and Lease Expiry Owner notices.

  7. Character count needs to be increased in the Maintenance Notes section under the Property and Details tab. The current character count is too small to fit most notes needed. This field feeds through to the Maintenance Plus (Bricks & Agent) notes when creating a maintenance request and is needed to know owners preferred tradies or if owners pay invoices directly, etc.

  9. It would be a great idea to be able to assign multiple business roles to a property to be able to track who is leasing and listing with the option to still be able to filter the tasks and notes by the property manager profile only

  10. Ownership area at top of statements is far too large, which creates one line on a second page with balance brought forward, which is a waste of paper, and ownership area doesn't match with window envelopes when folded. REST statements showed property managers name, PT statements do not. I believe this is a template issue.

  11. When we send out mail merge email to owners/ tenant, please let the owner/tenant reply to the communication inbox instead of log in to portal.

    We're pleased to announce that all emails sent to your Portal Contacts will be sent as emails, and those contacts can reply to your emails! No more having to login to the Portals to reply! If you are using the communication platform, then those replies will come into your Property Tree inbox. If you aren't using the Communications Platform, then those replies will go to your external email inbox. You will still be able to send a Portal message, as will your Portal contacts, however the amount of portal messages will decrease as the primary form of communication is now emails.

  12. Would be great to be able to sort through compliance by next service due date. Currently we can only sort by subscription end date.

  13. When a change of ownership is completed we would like a report saved that has all of the key information - funds transferred between owners, fees entered, what else transferred and who completed the change of ownership

    Upon completion of a change of ownership, a change of ownership report is generated for the user to print. A copy of the report is also saved in the documents tab of the old and new property profiles.

  14. Inspection Express can currently push leases but not authorities, having these authorities push back into PT would be very advantageous for our office - Inspection Express advised they would love to do this but it depends what access we have via the API.

    We've now completed and released the API for ownership documents to be uploaded into Property Tree. Inspection Express are aware of this new capability, and are in the process of enabling additional documents to be sent to Property Tree via their platform.

  15. Would like more than 4 invoice arrear triggers. Rent arrears allows up to 28 and invoice arrears only allows 4 which does not make sense.

  16. We have recently started using VaultRE and they will integrate any programs into their system, they have all the features for property management and it would be great if you can integrate with them so I don't need to manually add and I can go to 1 place for all our agencies services

  17. Once our tenant download has processed, we have to go and manually receipt all the rejected items, is there a way we can finish this process in one screen rather than haven't to navigate away?

    Tenant download has been enhanced to support receipting of items that require manual intervention  straight from the page, allowing users to work through the list and receipt of the items. Receipted  items via tenant download do not require reconciliation.
