  2. We would love to have a rent review field and a mergefor it, so when we use our email /letter templates the figure will merge - would streamline the whole rent review/lease expiry process for our team

  3. Repairs should not be capped at 2000. We should be able to visually see all repairs on the dashboard!

  4. Hi, Can I suggest that when you search for a landlord in the "Search Bar" at the top, can the details of the "Property" be shown. This would be helpful when identifying landlords with multiple properties. Presently, it shows the address of the landlord and an id number that means nothing to me when I am looking for a property address. Thank you

  7. Currently the rental & fees arrears on the PT dashboard are shown as a total % of 100%. It would be great if this could be shown as a % of the total arrears percentage.

  9. Have the ability to filter on properties that are currently set at the new status ‘Not for Relet’.

    For example, have it added to the Dashboard and Vacant Properties report, for easy and quick access.

  10. Currently you can search for tenancies in arrears and days.
    For states outside Victoria who invoice tenants regularly (water etc.), we require a report function to advise arrears by days - that is not via Business Insights.

  12. The sorting of properties is currently numeric, based on street number except when searching under creditor invoices where it sorts alphabetically. I can't speak for other offices but our hard files are sorted alphabetically, why can't this option be available across all reports?

  13. Currently when you search in the global search bar, you can only search for the number address. When you type the suburb, properties do not show up.
    The functionality for the Global Search bar to pick up all properties by the suburb you are searching for would be amazing.

  14. To be able to filter what type of Invoices you require. e.g.: commissions, advertising etc.

    So you can see who has been sent an invoice and has paid or not and also reporting income expected.

    The report would be very helpful in cash flow control.

  17. Since changing to bricks and agent the property tree weekly agency overview does not pull through "open" jobs where the external jobs sit.
    Would be good if this section pulled through and also arrears be customisable to effective and it is currently showing period which is not taking into account all of the tenants that have paid additional rent to change their effective date.

  18. It is currently not possible to see any PAID Tenancy Invoices from the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab.
    Any chance you can add a ‘View Invoices’ button to the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab > Outstanding Invoices section, which then takes you to the ‘Find Tenancy Invoice’ screen, with the filter for the individual Tenant already selected?
    It would work exactly like the already existing feature for ‘View Fees’, but in this case it’s for Tenancy Invoices.

    It might also be good to have that feature available for the Creditor Invoices on the Owner Profile.

  19. It would be helpful if on expense reports it displayed all the transactions/invoices under each account for example

    Repairs and Maintenance: $500

    Invoice 281: Fixing Washing Machine - $300

    Invoice 385: Tile Repairs - $200

    This would help as it shows exactly what items are involved in a specific expense.
    Also adding a search feature where you can search for an invoice by account rather then just creditor name/invoice number/property.

  20. A report is needed which shows which bonds are still outstanding (to be finalised) for vacated tenants, like you can do in REST. The vacating report in PT does not give any bond information.
