  1. Could use this as a great tool for monitoring and following up work orders. However, it just freezes and you can't put anything in date order etc

  3. SMS - We need to see the name of who it is we have messaged, not just their number coming up on the display. If it could sync with the landlords and tenants numbers in the system then we would know who has replied if we have texted a few people via Palace that day.

  4. When a tenancy has been archived and you need to email the tenant, you need to copy the email address before going to the email screen as it doesn't auto fill or com up in the drop down. Be great if it still came up in the drop down

  5. The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

  6. Could a section with a calculator for dates be added. Would be helpful when issuing 2 strike notices, 14 day breach notices or 90 day notices.

    It would need to account for service times.

    I can see a simple add date, ie todays date, request service days as a whole number and then it calculates ie 28 days, 63 days, 90 days etc etc

  7. Is there a way that when we upload an invoice for a work order and the Bank Details of Supplier is not yet entered - Can there be a reminder or a pop up message that would appear please?

    This is always an issue for us during END OF MONTH runs and we do not experience this with other apps though like Property Tree :)

  8. Apartment Buildings can have hard wired smoke alarms as part of building and then as part of WOF

    It would be good under the area where smoke alarms are recorded in Palace to be able to add these with option of hardwired instead of adding expiry - currently unless you add a fake date you can not add these and their locations. Yes we can add building wof dates as they expiry but it doesn't identify properly that it is hardwired.

Would love to be able to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and date (like outlook" so if you are working non traditional hours for whatever reason, you can schedule emails to go out during business hours or even to be able to schedule emails to go out to tenants at certain intervals in advance - exit emails, welcome emails etc.

  10. Inspection Date Report

    When we schedule inspections for the month so what we need is a report that shows the date the last inspection for that property was actually completed (i.e. the date that displays on the first page of the inspection report).

  11. Currently, when a property manager is archived and a new PM takes over, ALL the old PM's Diary entries are changed to reflect the new PM's name, including all the posts done before the new PM was even on the scene. Please fix this!!
    The challenges this can create within a team not being able to accurately see who entered a given post are frustrating. Also, it has legal ramifications - ex. when we go to Tenancy Tribunal, and the posts outlining the interactions with a tenant are attributed to the wrong PM...

  12. It would be great if there was some way to add a little All Clear icon to the properties that are under their smoke alarm service, so this shows in the inspection app. This way if there is an issue with a smoke alarm at a property we can see that it is maintained by All Clear and can notify them.

  13. Being able to change the font size and style in the whole document all at once, rather than have to change all the sections NOT including merge fields separately from each merge filed. This is a bug, surely!

  16. There is currently no field under the owner details for company name or legal entity name under which the property was purchased under. We normally need this important detail for our Tenancy Agreements. As a work around, we use the 'Last name' field for the company name. Any third party API that is linked to Palace collects this last name as the field for the owner. Technically speaking, there should be a separate field for the contact name/Owner name and a separate field for the company or trust name that the property was purchased under.

  17. When duplicating a tenancy rather than adding a new tenancy, the same prompts do not pop up.
    "Would you like to mark this Property as Available?"
    "Would you like to set up a new Inspection Date"

  18. Option to change default setting for rental increases to 28 days (Boarding House Rules) when processing Rent Reviews instead of the standard 63

    Currently having to manually calculate + 28 days + normal rent day for each increase.
