  1. Pop up alerts in app when a new inspection is started for health and safety notes e.g vicious dog or make sure to check the gardens for xxxxx.

    This would be helpful and could be reoccurring until removed and not seen by tenant or owner ??

  2. When doing a rent review through the reminders screen, it would be good to have a warning if the increase is within 12 months of the last one. You can see the last increase date on the screen but if you miss it, there is no warning. If you do an increase via the tenant screen, there is a warning. It would be good to have the warning also in the reminder screen as that method calculates the new increase date for you.

  3. In the Social Module - remove the dropdown menu for the "Person Details - Interpreter's Language" so we can enter the language ourselves. For example, we have many ESOL Pacifica tenants, but the current languages listed in the dropdown don't include them. Would be nice to be able to customise.

  4. In Diary, you have given the option to raise reoccurring invoices, but you haven't given the option to choose to email the invoices or not. as some of the customers don't want to see same reoccurring invoices every week. Can email invoice to customer become an option rather than compulsory like when you raise manual one-off charge in transaction, you will have the option to decide whether to email this invoice or not.

  5. Would be great that when a new tenant pays their first rent (deposit) and/or the bond for us to be notified via email. As this would save us having to check it daily. If we could set up an alert for these 2 fields would be great.

  6. Add the Option to add Statuses to the Master Inspection Template
    This will help streamline the first (Routine and Full) inspections at a property. Statuses can be added/edited once an inspection is in the property diary, however, this is laborious when creating inspections for the first time (or if the template is reset).

  7. It would be great if once a property inspection is downloaded if the photos could be easily reordered (eg drap & drop method common in many apps). - Is there a way this could be done? Apologies if already suggested

  8. It would be great if the email had a little curved arrow indicating it has been replied to in the inbox display. Rather than having to go into the owner/tenant diary to see if its had a reply.

  9. Currently the auto-reply button, once set, only replies to people that don't have a @gmail address. Can this be resolved please, so all addresses get their auto-reply?

  10. Have a function that offers a list of draft emails that are awaiting to be send. Currently if we forget which property or tenant we saved the draft for, there is no way to find it unless I go through each diary one by one.

  11. Work orders that are still saying 'Quote Requested' or 'Work in progress', but are long processed or done through TAPI. In TAPI they are closed off, but in Palace they remain 'open' and it is cluttering up Palace. It would be great to have the option to bulk-change the statuses of these in Palace rather than having to go through each individual work order manually!

  12. SMS - We need to see the name of who it is we have messaged, not just their number coming up on the display. If it could sync with the landlords and tenants numbers in the system then we would know who has replied if we have texted a few people via Palace that day.

Would love to be able to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and date (like outlook" so if you are working non traditional hours for whatever reason, you can schedule emails to go out during business hours or even to be able to schedule emails to go out to tenants at certain intervals in advance - exit emails, welcome emails etc.

  14. When a tenancy has been archived and you need to email the tenant, you need to copy the email address before going to the email screen as it doesn't auto fill or com up in the drop down. Be great if it still came up in the drop down

  15. The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

  16. Inspection Date Report

    When we schedule inspections for the month so what we need is a report that shows the date the last inspection for that property was actually completed (i.e. the date that displays on the first page of the inspection report).

  17. Being able to change the font size and style in the whole document all at once, rather than have to change all the sections NOT including merge fields separately from each merge filed. This is a bug, surely!

  19. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.

  20. In Palace server, once an work order email was sent there was a "email sent" on the work order screen. In Liquid the only way to tell is to save the workorder, go back to the property screen (which doesn't always work, sometimes the back button takes you back into the workorder), then go into the diary to see if it has gone. There needs to be some sort of indication on the work order.
