  2. In a tenant's profile, under the Extended Details link, the Date of Birth doesn't automatically update the age according to today's date. One has to go into the calendar and manually click on the birthdate to update the age.
    Could an automatic update be incorporated to reflect a tenant's current age whenever we open the Extended details link or open the their profile?
    This is especially key information for those of us working in the social housing sector where a tenant moving onto Superannuation at age 65 may require some adaptations to the tenancy or to their rent.

  3. Hiding transactions not only on owner statements but on tenant details and rent summary.
    If we can hide the reverse of a transaction on the same month, ie an error reversed and hidden, for an owner statement
    Can we please also have this not showing on rent summaries (I understand not on tenant details). It gets a pain to explain to tenants the error and to tribunal as well.

  4. Invoice Owner when No Funds are Held - can we do an invoice that still comes up in Pending / Insufficient Funds to an owner (for removal of advertising, etc) when the owner has no money? Would be good for the invoice to be emailed to the owner as it would if the owner had funds, otherwise we need to do a manual invoice which is more double handing.

  6. Audit key report
    Includes key numbers, property addresses, and the ability to filter by assigned agent. Very similay to what we can create with the advanced key report however the ability to filter by agent.

    • To enable photo viewing scrolling (users currently need to select and close each photo individually) -Both thumbnail and expanded photo display sizes made larger to view more clearly. -History of digital inspections contained within a single owner profile page. E.g if you created 4 digital inspections, links to all inspections be available to owners for easy reference (possibly with a 12 month expiry?). -A download button so owners can download a PDF version. -Photos and order to be in the same order as what is submitted on app

  8. When starting a Workflow, please allow us to select one Entity (A specific Tenancy, Property or Owner) at the top and have the associated tasks in the workflow automatically populate the Entity box with the relevant Entity based upon the templated Entity Type.

  9. It would be handy if you could edit the supplier bank account from the online file as part of end of month. i.e. new supplier added and to be paid but bank account number not entered so if we had the option to edit/add bank account number before processing payment file this would avoid having to pay the supplier manually or going into the supplier, making and saving the necessary changes and re-creating the online file.

  10. When we activate an owner to have access to the Client Portal, we receive an email but it currently does not have any identifying information in the email as to which owner or property it relates to.

  11. Can there be a function added to Palace for read receipts for SMS messages just like there is for emails? With the new law changes coming for how notices etc are sent, this would be another way to prove that the notice or message was served.

  12. Run a report that shows all emails that have been sent and received into palace.
    It would be great if we could run the report between dates (similar to the tenant movement report). Would also be ideal if emails could be searched by title? Not all emails are grouped.
    I feel like this could be a great fail safe if emails were accidentally archived or allocated to the incorrect diary.

Can we please bring back the end date showing next to the tenancy when completing a "Tenancy -Invoice Details" - (currently only shows "Date Started" dates) this could help prevent potential double up/incorrect charge or help prompt calculation of correct usage for water for example if there is yet to be a current tenant.

  15. When an Entry Report or Routine Inspection is uploaded into the Property Diary, can it automatically change the Include in Portal toggle to Yes so that it will appear on the Owners Portal?

  16. When adding a tenancy invoice for water there is only 5 sections to allow us to add individual expenses seperately. Would it be possible to add another 3 or 4 as some water bills have multiple expenses for the same type eg: water usage can take upto 6 sections, and then we need to add the supply charge. Hope this makes sense. Thank you 😊

  18. It would be great if when typing your inspection and looking back through the inspection photos you have taken if you could click on the photo and arrow through them instead of having to open each photo in a new tab to view it full size.

  19. Automation Hub, Would like to be able to send communication to an owner from their property diary to notify them that the tenant is in rent/water arrears and advise them of the steps we are taking to remedy this.
