  2. Have the ability to add a hyperlink to text within the Property, Advertising text box, so when published to the likes of Trade Me, there is a clickable link within the advert.
    Eg, link to a viewing booking page or company website

  3. How can we remove the recent change that has an extra button you need to click when logging an invoice, and the email confirmation for each invoice which clogs up your inbox. Its a huge pain both of those, I liked it way better before.

  4. It would be great if there was a feature within Palace for setting up triggers so that an action occurs after a specific event? For example, when a tenant is added, a reminder is sent to a designated staff member to charge the letting fee and monthly recurring admin fee.

  5. When archiving a tenant then the property it would be handy to have a pop up to remind you to archive the owner if it's the only property they have

  6. When we duplicate a tenant/property from one owner to another as the property has sold and we've retained the management and can't use the wizard it would be good if you had the option to duplicate the diary entries etc like you can with the wizard.

  8. Tenant Movement report - It would be great to swap out the letting fee amount to other amounts owing. This report is a good one to generate when we need to see which tenant needs to be archived, but currently, we cant see if there is an other amount owing on it. As we can no longer charge letting fees we don't need this to show on this report.

  9. Doing tenant invoices via document flow. When tenant has a credit available you are able to use the credit against the invoice.
    Currently the invoice is still send out to tenant showing the full amount even if the credit has been used.
    Can it be set up that when invoice is process in document flow and credit is used , the invoice sent to tenant shows the amount and the credit used and what the balance owing is after the credit has been used.

  10. When we send invoices through to palace to document flow, quite often some invoices do not arrive in palace. As we are sending 20 - 80 invoices at a time and only 2-5 invoices to not show up. There is no easy way of knowing what has not shown up in Palace and we are unaware that invoices are missing until we receive a reminder notice from the supplier. It would be great if an email failed to reach palace there was an auto reply that the message failed to send.

  11. Hopefully will elimintae all the queries when new rent amount will commence, usually iwners ask when they receive a statement although the were advised previously

It would be great to be able to see, or at least be able to access time-stamps for photos taken within inspection reports, particularly full inspections (without having to access them through the device's camera roll). This would be useful to have for verification for owners, tenants, and definitely for tribunal hearings.

  13. When you go to email an owner or tenant an invoice it comes up with Dear, this looks unrprofesional and we need to be able to add merge feilds so we can add their names, to make it more personal.

  14. You can see the Bond receipt under Tenant transactions - Other amounts, but you cannot currently see when the bond was paid to Tenancy Services.

  15. A link in 'Transaction Entry - Payment Bond' are to view the PAL bond form when making the bond payment. This would be handy to make sure the right bond form is loaded, signed and the correct details are on the form. Especially when the bond centre doesn't let us know if something is incorrect ie not signed by all parties

  17. When processing transactions, it would be fabulous if we could see the properties listed in the 'details' column instead of the tenant. Reason being, we have the same corporate tenant in many different properties. When manually processing rents, there is no way to review which property the rents have been allocated to to ensure no mistakes have been made before 'processing'

  18. Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.

    There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…

  20. Following EOM or mid-month owner payments, the majority of owners prefer to receive their statements along with invoices, while some prefer to receive the statement only without the invoices. Is it possible to set up a preference for each owner, allowing them to choose whether or not to receive invoices with their statement? This would help better accommodate the individual preferences of the owners
