  1. You can see the Bond receipt under Tenant transactions - Other amounts, but you cannot currently see when the bond was paid to Tenancy Services.

  2. I would like to submit a idea to have a option of moving a email from a property diary to either owner diary or tenant diary. Sometimes we send emailsf from the incorrect diary and it would be useful to be able to "move" from one diary to another.

  3. Don't need to see after processing Tenancy Invoices the notification that the 'invoice is being processed and then the invoices are currently being generated
    & emailed' Just another field to be clicked on.

  4. A link in 'Transaction Entry - Payment Bond' are to view the PAL bond form when making the bond payment. This would be handy to make sure the right bond form is loaded, signed and the correct details are on the form. Especially when the bond centre doesn't let us know if something is incorrect ie not signed by all parties

  6. When processing transactions, it would be fabulous if we could see the properties listed in the 'details' column instead of the tenant. Reason being, we have the same corporate tenant in many different properties. When manually processing rents, there is no way to review which property the rents have been allocated to to ensure no mistakes have been made before 'processing'

  7. Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.

    There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…

  8. Following EOM or mid-month owner payments, the majority of owners prefer to receive their statements along with invoices, while some prefer to receive the statement only without the invoices. Is it possible to set up a preference for each owner, allowing them to choose whether or not to receive invoices with their statement? This would help better accommodate the individual preferences of the owners

  9. Can we email an invoice to the owner for the pending charge so they pay from the charges screen. the statement shows a pending invoice but because its not a transaction it doesn't look like it is owed

  10. When an invoice email is sent to tenants via Palace, a corresponding reminder text message is also dispatched to their phones, prompting them to check their email. As there are ongoing complaints from tenants indicating that they are not receiving the initial invoice email.

  11. There should be a Quick View on the the side panel underneath the "financial, supplier, tenancy tabs. This should have RECENT clicks, for example: a property you were recently in or a tenant you were recently looking at.
    It's annoying when you click "back" and you have to search the property again. It would be good just to have a list of about 5 or 10 recent clicks (similar to the quick access panel in Microsoft folders)

It would be great to be able to see, or at least be able to access time-stamps for photos taken within inspection reports, particularly full inspections (without having to access them through the device's camera roll). This would be useful to have for verification for owners, tenants, and definitely for tribunal hearings.

  13. Current RENT ARREARS shows up when it is the day the rent is due - which isn't actually arrears, as if a tenant pays that day they are paying on the day they are due. Therefore our reporting is out and can be confusing. Rent arrears should show ONE day overdue the day AFTER the rent is due - which is officially when they are in arrears (as we don't reconcile until the day after).

    This affects rent arrears reporting and also automation for one day in arrears.

  15. When using System Keys (Admin), it would be great if the key numbers displayed in a column next to the property address (where number of keys, keys checked out and key instructions show). Having to click on the address then look at the key number and edit etc from the table at the top of the screen adds a lot of time when having to redo a lot of key numbers.

  17. When you reverse an accidental transaction/invoice and then hide it - it is not removing itself of the property expense report. This error then is sent to the client when doing end of financial year and their property expense report for the year. (even though its reversed)

    Can this be sorted so not shown going forward please

  20. Alerts should pop up when you open the related screen, so it is an obvious alert.

    It is hard to remember to hover over the exclamation marks to the side, especially for important reminders/alerts
