  1. Currently the invoice amount merged from palace is for ALL the invoices but it should just be the outstanding invoices. I have to override the amount manually which takes up time and defeats the purpose of having the amount merged in first place.

  2. If a tenant calls, or we are trying to find which property manager the tenant belongs to, rather then search the tenant & then have to go to the property to see who the property manager is, if an extra column could be added naming the property manager, then we would have tenant, property & property manager visible on one screen

  3. Would be good to have a second owner tab, same as additional tenants. This will allow landlord names to be reflected correctly in merge documents

  6. Having minimum 8 characters and no multifactor/2factor is not secure enough for a platform that stores customer identity information such as passports and drivers licenses. We should be able to control the minimum password length for our organization.

  7. When entering invoice details for "Transaction Entry - Invoice Supplier" it would be better if the address is also shown rather than just the Owner. Surely the invoice is being lodged against a property, and some owners own several properties.

  8. Add in a Policy number text box to the insurance area under the options tab in the property so this can pull through to agreements generated in other software.

  10. We send out mid month statements. Can we please get a toggle in the set up so that we dont have to tick the box to send the statements every mid month.
    If you are in a rush & forget to to select send statements, it takes AGES to manually send them all out. Plus it needs to be resent before the banking for the next day happens.

  11. A lot of our owner groups have multiple owners (ie husband and wife, Trust, etc). It would be useful to allow the owners to have a login per person. It would also be useful to know which email or emails are currently active on the owner portal. If the email field is changed for the owner, this does not change the login to the owner portal.

  12. When entering a new address into Palace, Palace can look up a street name and postcode, but mysteriously leaves the suburb and city blank. Surely it can add these in automatically?

  13. A global setting (or agency setting) to exclude the tenants' names and details from inspection reports to help protect their privacy. I know you can do it when you send individual reports, but it would be handy to do it across an entire portfolio.

  14. The Palace inbox has an archive button within the inbox area, but none within an individual email. To archive and email after reading it, you need to click back, find the email, and then archive it.

    An archive button within each individual email would remove this back and forth.

  16. Be able to select multiple inspections (say all inspections from a certain day) and send them off in bulk to owners - rather than individually which is VERY time consuming

  17. There are certain tenancies that need water bills sent to an alternate email address, or sent to an additional email address, however currently from document flow they can only be sent to the email address loaded against the head tenant. Eg. if all flatmates need to get the water bills, or if a different person/entity pays the water bill, from the contact email address in the head tenant. We would want the head tenant's email address to stay in there for all other correspondence, but need an option to send water bills to an alternate tenant email address.

  18. Similar to the Invoice Scanning system but with general documentation.

    I would see it working like this.

    You receive Important documents as supporting evidence OR a simple signed lease agreement.

    You would be able to scan it from your printer to documents@palace.co.nz

    It would arrive in Document Flow unmatched

    You would then have the appropriate drop down options for who emailed it and where it was to be allocated and group if required. (Attached)

  19. Is there any way we can add more than 15 digits for bank accounts - We are having a few issues with accounts now having more digits and dropping one number is sending payments to wrong accounts.

  20. It would be very helpful to have custom fields available for Suppliers. There are several types of information that we would like to store that are not currently covered in the standard fields under Suppliers.
